DACIA SANDERO 2 YEAR SERVICE
Took the vehcle into the branch at 10.00a.m. It received its inspection and routine oil coolant screen wash etc that you would expect on a 2 year service. When I went to collect the vehicle I did not recognise it as it was gleaming, the interior was also a lot cleaner than previously. The service manager Courtney I believe was extremely friendly and helpful.
Nissan Liverpool-Shocking customer service
Absolute nightmare of a morning and quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced @nissanliverpooluk / retail Renault group. The car has been with them since June after the drive shaft went on a 3yr old car, advised late on Friday afternoon car was fixed and ready to collect. Went to collect it today and was handed the keys and told it was somewhere in the Renault carpark. When I eventually found it couldn't believe my eyes, the car was full of scratches to every side, went back into reception to inform them to get told "you leave your car here at your own risk" from the general manager John Marsden take it up with your lease company. Right OK, not happy so thought all check my dash cam, get in the car and guess what dash cam pulled from the window screen and the wiring was removed 🤔🤬. Fuming understatement, so gave myself a good talking to before I said or did something I regret, start the car up pull away and guess what, yip loud crunch noise and the car has packed in again..... back into Nissan AT MY OWN RISK... To make things even more annoying I had given my hire car back so now I've got no car. Happy Wednesday
OMG absolutely disappointed
OMG absolutely disappointed, I just had my service done from renault, no words for it, please avoid, get your local garage to do service it will be much cheaper, the person will appreciate too but here, they couldn't even clean the car, no hoover or clean inside, when I showed to one of there service manager, his answer was oh ye we know we had lot of complaints and actually we only have one person to clean. We'll is this my problem, you guys asked me for £272 for service, I did not negotiate I paid in full, you could ask me for another £20 but atleast give me a proper service and clean, how would I know if you even have done the service as well.
NOT HAPPY AT ALL AND WILL NEVER COME BACK IN THIS BRANCH FOR SERVICE OR EVEN BUY ANOTHER CAR....please avoid
Staples Corner- NO MATS & stolen petrol!
Salesman Omar FORGOT to supply CAR MATS! Then... LIED & told me he put £20 in the petrol tank. HE ONLY PUT £5!!! I caught him returning with his OWN CAR from the petrol station! He put the the petrol in his own car!!! The receptionship is also quite rude & unprofessional! I have attempted to log my complaint in branch 3 TIMES NOW! I am currently waiting with HEAD OFFICE who cut off my prior call without answer! When I got my Clio in 2014, Park Royal staf BROKE MY PETROL GUAGE due to OVER FILLING! They messed up my car order prior & filled my tank as a GOOD WILL GESTURE! I wish I got a BMW now!!! Stick to what you know right?
Avoid Renault Retail Group Liverpool
I purchased a car over the internet which was less than 2000 miles and less than 6 months old. I was assured by the salesman that the car was in tip top condition no marks on it.
It would be valeted
It would be washed local to me prior to delivery. I was concerned it was not being delivered on the back of a trailor.
He would supply a set of mats.
When the car arrived I was disappointed.
The vehicle had not been cleaned as promised
I immediately spotted some imperfections on the body which had not been highlighted to me.
The valet was not great and under the bonnet there were leaves and debris.
The vehicle also had parts missing! Two holes in the roof where the grab handle should be as well as a missing boot trim part.
The mats supplied were also worn and not what I'd expect for a car of this value.
In the boot there were chips and scratches to the paint and remenents of fake grass (astro turf).
Four phones were still paired to the car.
Although this car has a low milage I get the impression it was not just used for test drives and I do not know why the grab handle would have been removed leaving two holes in the roof.
The preperation of the car falls well short of what I would have expected from Renault Retail.
They have lost me as a customer.

Shocking Customer Service! AVOID!!!!!!
Reserved a car 2 weeks ago online via Renault Retail Website. The deal did not happen as the dealership offered me a very low Part Ex Offer (£2000 less than other Renault Dealers) so I walked away from the deal.
Have been chasing the refund of the reservation fee now for 2 weeks and no one can be bothered to process or contact me! Have had 6 online chat sessions with Renault Retail and every time they promise someone will call but they don't.
If this is the hassle you have when you try and get a refund I would hate to see what the customer service is like when something goes wrong with the car!
I have had better service from a Franchise Dealer than from Renault's own "Premium" Retail Group.

Well today I got my car washed just next door from your show room at staples corner so I popped in for a free coffee as I always do. The staff are so friendly especially Omar. Any time I'm in the area I always drop in to see Omar. He's been really good to me. Any questions I have regarding my Renault Arkana which is a mobility vehicle which Omar signed up for me and took my step by step though the process. Ive come back so meny times to ask him how do I do this, or how do I do that and he's always there with a big smile. Then he will show me and explain it all to me. I can't count how meny times he has helped me with my car. I am so grateful and love just coming in for a coffee. Well done Renault and thank you Omar for always being there for me.

Excellent service from Renault Watford and in particular from Umer. I left a brief message via the website which was swiftly followed up by Umer and new car sorted within the week. No hard sell of unwanted additions so I got what I wanted at a good price. I would definitely buy through this garage again.
Renault Watford Sales Team, Awful!
I received a call from Wahid ( the salesperson) on Friday 23rd December to say my new Duster was in the uk and in the distribution centre having patiently waited since September 1st I sent an email of availability, from that moment on it went very quiet with absolutely no information from Wahid whatsoever, so I emailed for an update. I was told that I would be given an update the following Tuesday which never came! I emailed Wahid and Robin ( The sales controller) asking for an update’ the reply from Wahid was “ All the updates was from Dacia and what I see on my portal your car still at the distribution centre waiting the logistics to be arranged“ that was 19th January , since then absolutely nothing! 6.. 1/2 weeks from the date Wahid told me the car was in the UK I was still being fobbed of with the same excuse!
There was quite clearly an issue with the order since that date I was phoned and they were both playing some sort of game and both withholding info and telling lies to me which is simply unacceptable. Although Robin never actually contacted me at all!,
I finally lost patience and demanded my deposit back which arrived 4 days later! They caved in immediately that tells you something
You are a disgrace to your profession and the good name of Dacia / Renault.
Renault Watford - awful service department
Renault Watford - sadly no option to leave zero stars. I would not recommend this garage or its service department to anyone. When our car broke down last week, we had it taken to this garage thinking they would look after us the following day. Imagine our surprise when we received a rude phone call from the service department, telling us in no uncertain terms that we had to remove our car and they would not be diagnosing the problem. My advice is to avoid having anything to do with this garage and a member of staff called Alison in particular. As if it is not bad enough that your car has broken down, Alison has a personal mission to be as impolite and condescending as she can, making a miserable situation much worse. She goes out of her way to be unhelpful, obstructive and rude and should not work with people in any way.
