Hired a car via Avis and took out the additional insurance via XCOVER ( Rental cover.com ) as it was cheaper than the equivalent Avis product. Unfortunately I returned to my car after parking it at a hotel and golf resort to find a large crack in the windscreen. Avis were not very helpful initially but XCOVER were brilliant from the off. Professional, courteous and efficient, my claim was processed quickly and I would 100% use again and fully recommend.

Long journey but worth a try
I had full coverage insurance for 10days of rental car. And unfortunately, at the very last minute before returning the car, I had a car damage by myself. So, I paid for the repair invoice and prepared the whole document package. After submitting all documents, I got the first approval, which was a wrong calculation. Then, I submitted the extra supporting documents. Afterward, I got the second approval, which was again the wrong calculation. This process made me quite exhausted. However, I asked them to calculate again. And they finally approved the correct amount of money. It was a long journey. But in the end, it was worth a try. They were collaborative and fast to respond. Overall, thanks to the claim team's agile response, everything went well. I am satisfied with their service.

It was such an easy claims experience…
It was such an easy claims experience with RentalCover. RentalCover.Unfortunately during my rental I had an incident, someone broke front grille while the car unattended.
Fortunately I bought insurance from RentalCover even though I have to pay upfront the excess. After that I submitted a claim to RentalCover for Reimbursement. The claim was very easy everything done in no time and I received the payment the next day.
