I commend you more than anything for providing me with this opportunity to provide feedback.
However, there is something that puzzles me, so I would like to provide feedback as well as an inquiry.
From what I saw on the screen before making payment, I remember that it said that cancellation was possible without conditions up to 24 hours in advance. However, after making the payment, it says that if I cancel even 24 hours in advance, I will have to pay a 20% penalty. If this is the case, how can I trust your company and repeat orders in the future?

I booked KIA Sportage and the reservation changed to Ford Eco without any notice, nonrefundable and non-changeable, went to the renting counter they gave me Chevrolet Groove, and you take it or leave it and also no point of refund or change anything, actually was forced to take the car which i did not chose. very bad experience for renting car, I don't recommend your services for anyone else

What a disaster, I have rented from this company several times in the past but this time Dollar rental would not give us the car. they told us we needed an International drivers license. Our rental was in the U.S.A. in Orlando. They would not rent us the car at the rate with our U.S.A. license unless we paid over 3 times our quoted rental price. We called Rentingcarz and explained the issue and even had the Dollar Rep. talk to them so Rentingcarz rebooked us with Budget and we had the same problem with them, no rental in the U.S.A. without an International license. 3 Hours in the airport with 2 rental companies. We ended up making our own reservation with Budget for $1395.00 instead of the $750.00 Rentingcarz reservation. Bad business guys you lost a good customer.

After finally finding a rental car for a decent price during the holidays, this company cancelled our reservation without previous notice and absolutely no excuse. They just cancelled and we are without a car in Costa Rica now without any explanation.

I have problems with Thrifty, i have paid my full reservation, but my car wasn´t when i arrive to the counter. They said i need to wait for 3 hours for me car. They have other options, by the double of the original price, so, i take another car, because i was so tired

Slight delay on pickup due to 3rd party but these guys stepped up to resolve it quickly and get me on my way. Excellent service and grateful for all their help.

The booking was easy, the shown price good!
But then the problems started,
I selected "payment at dealers site/desk" (this stood in the voucher which I received 5 hours later and only onto mail request, as well)
Anyway, it was stated for "guaranteing the car I must provt my name and credit card details! - Off course , I am fine with it!
But, I was charged the full shown price and get the name of the rental car office and address plus a so called "verifying code"!
I made the reservation for pick up 1 hour later!
I took the taxi and drove there.
The agent (in Cartagena/Colombia) was extremlt friendly and helpful.
But she was irritated that I can not (!) provide an voucher with the details for the reservation.
I "only" received a mail that the reservation already is charged to my credit card (against the agreement made!).
With out the voucher she does not have the details of the reservation: when, how long, aso !
I forwarded the mail of rentingcaez that the which amount of money is charged, and have her the details of my reservation.
We made in this "critical" situation an (helpful and friendly) agreement that I am going to sign an "old fashioned" form for charging my credit card with the "normal" price in case they don't get it solved until my return 2 weeks later.
I wrote a mail to info@rentingcarz that I am unfortunately missing the voucher. They send it as answer onto my request. But unfortunately not immediately and not automatically as I am used from other providers
Some agents who might handle strict to the contract might not hand over a car in such a situation.
