Rentokil Kenya's bedbug process is ineffective! I had bedbug bites the first night back in my bedroom after 2 weeks away. The chemicals used have a sickly sweet smell too!

Becky comes to us every other Friday…

Becky comes to us every other Friday with a smile on her face always. We was having some problems with our hazardous waste consignment notes reaching us via email for a good few months, Becky was able to fix the issue quickly with no hassle once she was notified of the problem. Its so nice to have a female appointed to our collections. Becky's customer service is brilliant she's always polite and prompt. We are very happy with your service.

Entirely disreputable company, not worthy of your custom - avoid like the plague

I have to give one star otherwise I can't leave a review... Utter S H I T company.... I have waited over 6 months for a credit note, I had to sign a disclaimer before they would issue said credit note (only issued once a month apparently) and every month I have said I will settle my bill in full once they give me the credit....They've had the disclaimer for months, they periodically send me a statement demanding payment - I write back ... I owe 6 months, I acknowledge I owe 6 months, I made payment conditional on receiving the credit note 6 months ago......

Can you imagine any reputable firm doing this - No

Great service from my van driver!

Had a great driver pick up my yellow clinical waste bins today Phillip Moss, what a helpful and knowledgeable chap. Explained why my pickup hands happened yesterday.

shame everyone in sales isn't as helpful as Phil!

Really fed up with chasing the services…

Really fed up with chasing the services I paid. They are supposed to arrange with me every 3 months collection of medical waste and sharp bin disposal and I ended up chasing and reminding them for collection. When delivered, it's the wrong sharp box, giving me the orange, not the purple. I will not recommend it and will not be renewing my contract with them.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I wish I had looked into reviews to begin with. My experience has been awful, I ordered 2 sharps bins for separate locations, they delivered and left one and a wrong location and the other just hasn’t arrived. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

In January 2020 I paid an upfront fee…

In January 2020 I paid an upfront fee of £649 for an assessment of our new home, as we thought we may have rats. The technician visited and found that we didn’t. Rentokil refunded us, minus their £40 call out fee. But since then they have given my details to a debt collection agency who continue to call and write to me asking me to pay. Rentokil have been useless and caused me a lot of unnecessary stress and bother. They never even provided a service to us in the first place. Would really recommend that other customers avoid.

Recent interview/job offer

Professional and well communicated throughout, each stage explained clearly and management staff all very helpful and welcoming. Whole joining experience been friendly and enjoyable. Looking forward to starting on the 28th.

Outstanding service

Patrick from branch 14, attended my property twice, and got rid of the silverfish
Very friendly, very professional, i'm very happy with the service i receive, and i would definitely would recommend rentokil initial and patrick to anyone who need help in the southampton area

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Been calling and emailing from 15th February 2021. Every day same answer “you will receive an email back” but nothing.
2 MONTHS it’s been.
SAVE YOU TIME AND ENERGY GO ELSEWHERE

Despite them ripping us off and…

Despite them ripping us off and overcharging us they set a debt collector onto us. We paid them off and low and behold they've set a different debt collector on for the same amount a few weeks after its been paid!!!!!

Therefore, using specialist equipment would cost £2,900 (yes, you read that correctly) to clean loft. Salesman tried to frighten me by saying more or less if I didn't have it done I would die. Found real person luckily.
