Renty – Rent Luxury Cars & Yachts in Dubai Reviews 

We were told to expect a deposit refund 28 days after returning the car. Still no deposit, with many excuses as to why. First, they couldn’t transfer the money back to the original visa payment card. They then offered to return the funds via western union, we agreed. We were told to expect the money in the next few days. Still no deposit ! We have now had communication from the company to say they are shorted staffed and have 100s of deposits to return - but don’t worry we will get it ! This doesn’t fill us with much hope .

We had no issue with the car delivery or return, shame they can’t complete the good customer service and return the deposit in a timely manner as promised.

Please be very cautious when booking through this company .

Finding a car for rent is not an easy task, that what I understood after the recent trip to Dubai. Rental rates are more or less the same everywhere, at least that was the case with Bentley Benteyga which I enjoyed driving for 3 days.

Interesting part starts when you check rental T&C and deposit amount. So many people wrote about deposit issues in the internet and it feels like whoever offers the lowest deposit - will less likely to pay it back.

Myself paid ~1400$ and was promised to receive it in 30 days.
It took 35 days and 1 follow up to get it.
There definitely is a room for an improvement, yet overall experience with Renty was good enough.

I used the platform once for renting Mustang 5.0 during Eid holidays. On my second day the car got check engine light and Ms Asya from Renty quickly called the car rental company for the car exchange. Thanks to support of this lady, I’ve got an upgrade to BMW 5 series.
In my opinion, it’s very important that customer care takes real care of its clients and get the best conditions possible.
In addition, my security deposit was returned on time, and that’s also thanks to Ms Asya.
Will definitely recommend the service to my friends.

These guys are amazing! They brought the car to the location , and accepted it back at a different location in Dubai. Communication is great, timing is on point, and there are no hidden fees of any kind. The car itself met the needs for our trip 100%.

Really convenient to have so many options in 1 place. Instead of approaching 10th websites with limited choices it really makes sense to “do a homework” here by comparing all the offers and get the best one. It’s not only about the price but overall clear policies, deposits, km allowance. Not to mention the importance of real car photos. Can definitely recommend to my friends and family
