SUPER STOKED that i stumbled upon this gem of a website! I was only a few swipes away from paying MORE THEN DOUBLE the price i paid with repairpartsUSA.com (&&thats including the shipping costs) I needed to order a replacement Proximity Sensor Cable, so I ordered two , which arrived in the 2-3days as promised. The best thing about this whole experience was the straightforwardness of it all. Product pictures and descriptions were all very clear and easy to understand , and its very user friendly.. Theyve absolutely gained a life long customer!!

Parts are fake as hell. Got a screen replacement that powered on once then went blank and that was it. Messaged customer service, and they said they would reach out in 1 business day, but no one ever reached out. GET YOUR PARTS FROM STORES LIKE AMAZON WHERE THE REPLACEMENT/REFUND IS MORE RELIABLE!!!

They are the best company I would love to partner up with this company the parts came in early and I was able to work on my customers phones got them all repaired the the parts I perched with this company I’m so happy yall had everything i needed

I ordered a battery from here with u.P s two days, and it was shipped out through U.P.S ground and I needed it in 2 days within the ship outdate.That's why I paid extra for u.P s 2 days.\nAnd I have sent a message to the support team. , and I have got no email back at all like they've completely ignored me , I would never buy from here again but I got the battery\n Obviously later than 2 days within the ship. Date.\n Still haven't got anything back from the support team so be where if you are buying from repair parts usa

Everything went perfectly with this order. I love the screen protector - even more than the one I had purchased from Apple. If went on perfectly. It has a really nice touch feel and the edges are beveled. The price point was also nice. I would recomend and would order again.

I was told an incorrect phone model by someone who was paying me to replace the screen on their phone. I have filled out the return form on their website 12 times, with zero response. I just tried to do it once again and they have blocked me from that function. They are definitely getting my request, they are flat out ignoring them, and I am stuck with an $80 part I cannot use. These guys then make sure to offer me a discount code to do a review, so here it is: these guys suck, and after they get your money offer absolutely no support what so ever. Go to any other vendor, these guys are a joke.

Screen was exactly as described. Delivery was quick. It even fixed my problem. Only problem it’s not very durable, I dropped my phone one time and the screen already cracked. Still functions normally but now it’s cracked down the middle

Item works as described and is a good replacement part.

I ordered an iPhone 13 Soft OLED screen from Repair Parts USA and had it professionally installed by a repair shop. Unfortunately, the screen had several major issues immediately after installation. The notch was significantly larger than the original iPhone 13 notch and blocked part of the status bar, the screen did not sit flush with the frame and was lifting out of the phone, and the display quality did not appear consistent with the Soft OLED product that was advertised.

Because I supplied the part, I also lost $40 in professional installation costs and now have to purchase another replacement screen before my upcoming trip.

I have already contacted Repair Parts USA by email with photos of the issues, called multiple times, and attempted to reach them by text, but I have not received a response.

I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue. If they do, I will gladly update this review to reflect how they handled the situation.

I ordered parts(new battery and lightning connector) for my iPhone 12 pro as well as the 22 in one mobile phone and tablet repair kit. The battery and lightning connector worked just fine. The 22 in one mobile phone and tablet repair kit did not include the required sizes of screwdrivers to take apart an iphone... No y type 0.6 and 0000 Phillips which is the majority of the screws in an iphone. Also the provided Phillips heads were too big. I used 4 out of 22 tools.The only included driver that I ended up using out of 22 pieces was the suction cup spring to remove the screen, the pentalobe screwdriver for taking out the two screws( or of like 60+ I needed to remove) around the lightning port, and the spudgers... This means that kit is woefully inadequate to open even a 5 generation old iPhone. I had to buy a separate tool kit from Amazon to open the rest. This delayed my repair after the screen was already off for a few days while waiting for tools. Try having a teenager without a phone for a week... No bueno. The 22 in one repair tool kit should be marked "NOT FOR IPHONES"
Due to the unforseen delays, needed to buy another phone which defeats the purpose of fixing it.

Screen is a little too bulky, it was received in good condition no damages. was delivered before time, thats a plus
