Wrote to them Friday asking about a repair for a quote and it's currently Wednesday into next week, never got back to me either by WhatsApp or Email, shocking tbh.

I could understand if they were busy and could've let me know via WhatsApp with a "Hey, we received your message but currently busy atm, we'll get back to you soon!" but nope, radio silence, which makes me think they aren't worth going with if my stuff ever got lost or damaged, I'd get no response.

I needed a laptop cover replaced. I had so many questions and all were answered.
The customer service is top class. I would definitely recommend them

I saw an instagram ad for repatch a while ago. I finally got round to getting my laptop repaired. I couldn’t find my laptop model on their website. So I contacted them via WhatsApp. They added my laptop to their options on the website and gave me a quote. By the end of the day, my laptop was picked up and was told that it should be ready by Saturday. Nick at Repatch contacted me to let me know that the repair required three screws that had been ordered and were due to be delivered on Monday. Expecting it to be delivered the next day. I was told it was possible to get it delivered that same day. Lo and behold I have my laptop back and repaired.

I cannot explain how indebted to Repatch I am.
I've been trying to get my mac book fixed for ages, but to no avail. Most places either said they couldn't because they don't fix macs, or they said it'd cost as much as the Mac cost, so when I saw the advert on Instagram for Repatch, I just thought 'fat chance', but within 48 hours, my mac was fixed and back in my possession, and all for a very modest cost. I'm grateful for the seamless way that the guys at Repatch handled everything and I've now got my memories of the past 15 years back thanks to them. They're invaluable.

Super quick Diagnosis and Fix time!
I first went to Apple who misdiagnosed the device as having water damage and they wanted to replace the whole hardware.

Then i found repatch to look into the device and long and behold as i expected all that needed to be changed was the battery! Not only have i saved money on the repair i now feel confident any future repairs will go to Repatch! They were very quick and kept me updated everyday & provoded valuable information to help keep my laptop fresh

Stay away from Apple & Curry’s for device repairs

Amazing and swift service, would definitely recommend it. A courier was sent to collect the laptop same day and the next day the laptop was fix. Looks brand new. Thank you.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish!
I had a macbook pro which unfortunately had liquid spill onto it and stopped working. I completely gave up on getting it fixed when I took it to apple and got quoted an extortionate amount as it was out of warranty. Left my laptop under my bed for 3years with little to no hope of getting it fixed, until my sister sent me some reviews on the company. I then decided to give it a chance and go with it & I can honestly say it’s one of the best things i’ve ever done! Laptop came back in a few days working & looking brand new again! Absolutely amazing, didn’t even need to leave my house. Prices were good compared to other places in london. they were SUPER quick with it, kept in contact the whole time and made sure I was up to date with everything. Not one bad thing to say, definitely will be using again in the future

He collected my laptop from my parent's address on Saturday, and had it back to me at my house on Tuesday. All of this made my life easier, and none of it was too much trouble for him.

I love the option of being able to spread the cost through Klarna as well, as the repair was an unexpected blip after spilling tea on the keyboard!

Great service. Was kept informed through you the entire process via the app and text message. Even when things didn’t go according to plan, the standard of service remained high. I cannot recommend this company enough! Should I need a device repairing again, they are the first ones I’m calling.

Amazing service. They will come collect and drop your laptop off. Fixed my laptop within days and its looks and works as good as new. Could not recommend them enough! Would certainly go back to them if I was in need of another fix
