Con artist returned product worse than gave into them

Found out about Repatch through an Instagram ad the same day I’d broken my iPhone screen. Sent them a message and they gave me a quote then and there and booked me in for the next day. The collection/delivery process was hassle-free and Nick is super friendly and informative. Turnaround was faster than I’d expected considering I’d also given them a tight time-space to repair my phone and deliver it back to me. All in all a great experience and definitely cheaper than some people are offering for the same product without the extra service Repatch offers.

Nick and his team were so helpful, fixing my laptop so quickly! My laptop broke on the Wednesday and they had it fixed by the Friday! Excellent customer service and really friendly team. My laptop is as good as new. I would highly recommend and wish them all the best!

I fixed my laptop about a month ago for a very reasonable price. Apple told me that they would fix the laptop double the price than Repatch. Nick is a fantastic guy. My laptop got fixed within 11 working days.

I found Repatch on Instagram, it was honestly a blessing that I passed by their ad and managed to get my early 2015 MacBook Pro fixed. My laptop had been broken for months, Apple quoted me a ridiculous price that was very steep and I just couldn't afford to. The process was smooth, the pickup/delivery service is even more convenient. Affordable too. Great communication, will be using them again and thank you again Nick!

My macbook laptop fell and it switched off. When I turned it on it was beeping and the screen was black. I contacted Repatch and my laptop was picked up and fixed and returned to me in 2 days. Best service ever ! So happy

So my laptop suffered major water damager, the insides were scuppered, God knows what the true extent of the damage was. I called up Repatch after having them recommended to me via instagram, and so I called them up. The 'Uber' of Mac repairs they claimed, and they weren't wrong. The pricing, whilst steep, was as expected and fair for such an expensive item to begin with. They collected it the next day after I called, and it returned to me within 5 days, picked up and delivered by one of their trusted drivers. In all honesty, I can't complain. If like me, you've managed to let your laptop down and it needs to repair, shout Repatch. They won't let you down.

My Macbook had broke and Apple basically told me to buy a new one without any further information and I hadn't given up on it (because it was an expensive laptop), I just didn't have the time to shop around and find a repair store. I reached out to repatch and the response was amazing! I have never trusted a stranger so much in my life, the customer service was amazing and I was constantly kept up to date on the work that was being done on my laptop. The turn-around time was also amazing even during a global pandemic which is just amazing in itself. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go to them. A waste of money and time. Should have just spent a little more and gone to Apple.

Great experience, Nick was very friendly. Came early, explained the process well and dropped the laptop off in good time. The only reason it isn’t 5 star is because the screen my laptop was replaced with wasn’t grade A/B, more like grade C. But overall good experience. Keep it up guys.
