Very helpful, especially Christy,?who told me that they could payoff my original loan and send me the remainder of what i asked for. Christy took the time to explain how the process worked. I never would have completed the loan without Christy’s help.

My experience was easy and fast, and the service was great. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5, is because instead of automatically drafting your account one big amount once a month, they need to change the automatic draft to suit the consumer. If you get paid weekly draft weekly and the same for bi weekly. That would help their consumers out tremendously.

The whole experience was pretty straightforward but there was some confusion on my end due to dealing with several different agents during the process. There was some back and forth with what I qualified for and that was a bit frustrating but once all that was settled it went very smoothly. Thank you!

I had to talk to too many reps if I called nine times it was nine different reps and I would have to repeat the whole loan situation to each everyone of them. It’s like they did not review their account before they started asking questions took three days before I discovered if you already have an account with Repraise, you cannot login and get another account using the same ACH information. It kept kicking me out until I use another bank account.
