I had to talk to too many reps if I called nine times it was nine different reps and I would have to repeat the whole loan situation to each everyone of them. It’s like they did not review their account before they started asking questions took three days before I discovered if you already have an account with Repraise, you cannot login and get another account using the same ACH information. It kept kicking me out until I use another bank account.

My experience was very good all the way around I have no complaints, it was quick and easy very nice people to speak with, and very informative.

Thank you for a second look at my application. You took in consideration everything that was told to you and we able to approve my loan.

Well it was good at first but when I paid this loan off they got my payoff early but wouldn't pay off my loan until all of the payoff days were gone. When I mailed the check to them I also had it certified mailed that way. I would know once they got the check. I called them a few times and they acted like they didn't know where the check was when I explained it to them that I saw when the check was received they just kept saying they didn't know who had it I got a different story Everytime I called. They ended up trying to say I owed them Money when I didn't. That was very upsetting to me to be treated that way because they didn't want to give me money back.

Very easy I originally ask for $20.000 but even with my 663 score I was only offered $5.000 they could have offered a little more hopefully after I pay off this loan we could do a little more . But overall the process was quick an fast Thanks

Hi well I was very pleased with the service from diamond and Pauline were very very helpful and nice but in the future need to find out when you get a loan if the person has a Payday at the beginning of the month and what day the due date is cuz mine is one more day and I would have had my check so I have to figure out how to make my payment on the second instead of the third other than that it was perfect

Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and the representative was able too see the Reprise funding lowered my monthly bills by almost $1300. By just adding $300 a month of my savings towards principle of the funding, will eliminate almost two years of payments.
