Despite the hot weather, all the live food arrived in perfect condition. Wasn’t sure what to expect with it being so hot overnight, but they’re all perfect and healthy, just like last time.

Where I live there are no local stores for insects and supplies for my leopard gecko, getting food regularly was getting expensive with the travel. Since I’ve ordered from reptiles by post I wouldn’t use any other methods. It comes quickly, nicely packaged, never had any loose bugs, and they are healthier then ones you get from pets at home And it’s much cheaper to order them, then to get them in person.

Ordered 2 pots of flies for a mantid. They were delivered by leaving on my door mat and ringing the door bell. The couriers photograph them on the mat cause I take too long to get to the door. I got them in and opened them up. One pot were hardly moving. One pot were flipping about as expected. No substrate or anything just flies. I left them on my stairs and went off to do whatever.
When I finally got round to giving him them the one pot were still totally dead!. The other I opened and a few came out. By the next day all had died. I contacted them to let them know.
I got a very stern, curt reply that they had been delivered. There was a picture of them left on the doorstep. So that must mean they had been out in the sun all day. They had even checked the weather to see how hot it was.
Then they had a dig about I was getting in touch too late.
Yes ok it was a few days but life takes over sometimes and the decision to email a company exactly on the same day about a tub of flies that died or whether to go help my Mums sort her dinner out was such a hard choice. My Mum won.
Companies that argue the toss and start getting petty dont get my return buy. I cant be bothered to argue the point.
I certainly wont be taking up their offer of 'sending a replacement pot foc as long as I pay the postage..."

As I said - not prepared to actually ask me. Just assuming. As in saying about 1st attempt for delivery. We live in a small town. The couriers if not in leave parcels on door mats. Or with neighbours.
This actually was the first attempt. AND I was there.
AND I got it in but you carry on assuming..
