I had a great time doing projects. It’s something to do for extra money but also giving your opinion on something. Payment comes fast, signing up for the project is easy and everything is simple to do.

Respondent has a great way of collecting opportunities and sharing them on my study deck. I can pick and choose what I seem to be qualified for and even the AI studies are decent. Try them you won’t be disappointed!

The support team does not help. There are lots of researchers who do not pay participant after survey has been completed.
Respondent needs to improve how complaints can be submitted per project.
Respondent support is not in anyway helpful to participants and some researchers are using this as an opportunity to scam participants.

I enjoy doing the surveys that allow me to give my opinion on things that matter.
The way everything is set up on their end makes taking part in the surveys very simple. I really like the AI ones that have you talk to them and not a real person. Because I'm an introvert and I don't like people.
These surveys also pay out handsomely and aren't cheap.
I wish I had gotten more, actually.

The most legit and beginner-friendly paid survey platform! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ At first, I was quite skeptical and pessimistic, thinking that as a newbie, it would be hard to land a project here. Just a week after signing up, I immediately got my first survey project. Thankfully, up until now, there's always at least one project I manage to secure every single month. Great way to make some extra income by completing fairly simple surveys, questionnaires, and/or tasks. Instructions and simple and straight forward. Many different options to choose from. Pay arrives few days after they verify that you have successfully completed the requirements. Unlike, other apps ur surveys, you don’t have to spend a month trying tk get $5. With Respondent, you are compensated well!

I was able to get through the screening process fairly easily and quickly. From there the actual project has been seamless and fluid.

Among all the services like this, this one pays the most. But actually getting and completing surveys is difficult. Getting paid is hit or miss. Many times I will get a note saying I'm getting paid, and never hear another word. Lately I've been getting a lot of invitations to projects that are already closed or disqualify me immediately.

Very disappointing experience. For the past 2–3 weeks, every study I was accepted for was automatically cancelled the moment I clicked “Go to Project.” I was told I didn’t qualify based on screener responses, even though I was never given any screener questions to answer. I tried multiple devices, so it clearly appears to be a platform issue. I contacted support, but the service agents were absolutely no help and failed to resolve or properly investigate the problem. Extremely frustrating and a complete waste of time.

I like the new website's look because it's more professional and user-friendly. For some reason, there are fewer projects specifically for my country, and the quota is smaller. Hopefully, more studies and projects for Indonesia can be added.
