Good services, a bit deceived by the product's quality

I ordered and paid a sofa, and received it on time, 3 months after the order. I got an answer per mail when I asked about when my command was going to be complete, and informations about delivery, which occured as the society had announced.
I'm only a bit deceived with the quality of the product, i.e. the wood used for the sofa legs and the quality of the fabric.

one tip though: would recommend people to call Retro Furnish Ltd and check the genuine availability of the goods featured on the website, prior placing and paying the order...

Good quality

We ordered a floor lamp and are satisfied with the quality. If you look closely, you will notice some differences with the original, but who cares...
The lamp was supposedly in stock, but it took Retro Furnish 6 weeks to deliver. We were not in a hurry, so not really a problem. But it is good to keep in mind, that although in stock, it can take a while.

Eames chair fullfills some expectations

I am very pleased with my product, even though that the delivery time is so long. Yes I understand that you have to make the chair and send it halfway across the world but you should be very clear with the customer that they have to be prepared to wait. You should also be open with that your furnitures are replicas and not the real deal which some people might not understand! After all I am very pleased with my product!

Long delivery time but everything came as promised.

We came to Retro Furnish because the offered the chair that we were looking for for the best price. Delivery was mentioned to be some 8 weeks which we did not really like. Nevertheless we paid and ordered and delivery came well in time. Monitoring the shipment was possible and also this worked without flaws. So all in all we liked the experience and probably will order again.

A reliable site

The products correspond well the advertisement in the site, the whole sale procedure has been efficient, the follow up satisfactory, the delivery has been quick. Unfortunately, the service of Chronopost in France is terrible. I recommend you to chose a private company to distribute your goods, in order to avoid bad surprises.

DON'T BUY FROM RETRO FURNISH!

DON'T use this company. They will take your money and you won't get it all back should you regret. They also treat customers horribly! Especially Anthony is a nasty piece of work! Please protect yourself and use another company, there are plenty furniture companies out there!

every euro worth !

Fantastic furniture, Everything as ordered and within 4 months delivered. After 10 days I was contacted by the production manager that the required fabric was not available, therefor a free upgrade to a more expensive fabric. The chairs where shipped in good packaging and once it was in the UK it took 2 days to the Netherlands. All carefully wrapped and easy to unpack.
The quality of the chairs is just great. I can only recommend Retrofurnish. Hopefully more products in the near future. Extra thanks to Linda from customer service, she took care and make every promise come true.

Happy customer

Had to wait long before my products finally arrived but that was only a problem because there was nothing in stock anymore and they had to produce a new batch.
Delivery was perfect and even sooner as announced.
Product was delivered in impeccable state and carefully packed.

Will shop here again

great pre-sales customer service

While I was placing my order, I had some problems with the payment, Anthony called & helped me immediately. For me this kind of service was unseen, I was really delighted & it confirmed my confidance in RetroFurnish.
For my delivery : on first sight, everything seems to be ok. I only missed a note or delivery letter with some information. Also the information on how to install my chairs was very limited, only a one-pager... It would have been helpful if I had some more detailled information on this...
