Ok, first and foremost, I am old dude throwback sports enthusiast and jersey expert and collector. I know team logo insignias that teams wear/wore, number fonts and precise team colors shades. I WANT what is "exact" to what I'd be issued being on the team. I found Retro Locker. The amazing selection first drew me in. The price sealed the deal for purchase. The turnaround was very quick for a custom-made product. I gave it a try! Arrival as promised. Jersey quality fine, it looks team issued. I have in mind future purchases from here. Placed a order on March 16th. Still haven't received it or any update on my order. Also no tracking number was given to track my order. I will not be ORDERING AGAIN from this Company.

My first order I got a few custom name & number jerseys on the 1990 Indians base. They fit well, high quality stitching and came just as expected. Got a bomber jacket too, which was a little snug - but they did warn me to go up a size on it and I didn't listen, so that's on me. Even got a free hat with the order.

Just put in my 2nd order with them for a fully custom jersey base, customer service was easy to work with and they were able to accommodate my custom requirements.

Retrolocker has been nothing but the best in getting me what i needed. I first saw them on Facebook, only promoting baseball jerseys. I jokingly left a comment stating that they were lacking a certain football teams jersey and a couple hours later them messaged me asking what jersey i wanted and what number. I didnt have to wait long and when i got my jeresy i was pleasantly surprised! I placed a second big order a few weeks back because of the experience and was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this company because they offer high quality jerseys at a great price. Im a repeat customer as of this moment. High marks!

UPDATE: They responded and hopefully I'll have my order soon. They kindly refunded me, which was appreciated as this was my son's bday gift and his birthday is now passed. 3 stars because I haven't received the product yet.

Awful. Placed an order and have received it. I've reached out and no response. I got a tracking number but it only shows a label was made and hasn't been picked up. They dont respond to emails. Don't place an orde with them, they take the $ immediately but dont send you the product.

Great quality and great customer service! I reached out to them on Instagram and they literally answered every question that I had. My jersey came in today and it did not disappoint. I tend to be between a large and extra large but, my talking it out with them i ended up getting a large and it fit just right. I see many more purchases in my future.
