Food was ok and staff polite but you do expect when you go to eat out that they bring hot food and not cold as they did. How can the staff forget which is your table? How can they ask you after half an hour: "Did you order this burger and this rice?" ...and bring it cold. Conclusion: very busy staff serving stag dos and forgetting about other customers.

This was the first time I’ve ever been to Revolution, I went there with my close friends for a cocktail making class run by Claire and also for dinner - Claire was so friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my time here. The food was just as amazing and I would love to come back in the future!

I was brought here by friends for a cocktail making masterclass. This was run by Claire, who made the whole experience so fun for us. As a vegetarian I was super impressed with the food options that were available for me too.

Booked to go here for a cocktail making class as a surprise for a friends birthday. After having some trouble with the website, I called up and the man I spoke to (Lloyd) was so helpful!
Our cocktail making class was run by the lovely Claire who made our night! She was also so kind to me and made me feel included even though I don’t drink alcohol and was making mocktails 😂
The food was really good too! Definitely a 5⭐️ Evening

Had a great experience at revolution in Bath, the staff were absolutely lovely and the service was quick. The drinks were great and the food was equally as tasty. The atmosphere is always great no matter the time of day. The bar was clean, tidy and a delight to be in. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Dominic Hutchinson was brilliant and so so lovely to us all, great customer service.

Bar was really quiet yet some of the food was cold, when we sent it back it was put in the microwave to be reheated and sent back.
The rest of the food was massively over cooked!! Glasses of coke was almost see through yet still served to us.

Unfortunately not a great experience.
The only positive was a great cocktail making party in a separate room but then it rapidly went down hill.
Our table for lunch was double booked , super slow service, not enough staff for the amount of customers
Repeatedly had to ask for drinks , meals etc..
Only 2 toilets for such a big venue (disgusting and smelly yuk)
Forgot one of the deserts and one of our party had to wait an extra 20 minutes for her pizza.
When we complained one of the waiters walked off !!
Nice manager tried to sort out but left us very unimpressed .why let so many people in if you can’t cope ?

Absolutely disgusting service, waited an hour for our first drink after complaining several times the waitress said we had to wait because we were ‘too lazy to use the app’ how rude! We had no battery left on our phone, after complaining about the waitress we were asked to finish our drink and leave, the staff are very rude and the manager has no idea how to run the premises! The next table the lady was sick in the ice bucket! This is an awful awful place and will NEVER repeat NEVER return.

Really poor service. Allowed order of food via app only to be told kitchen closed once payment taken. Staff unapologetic and didn’t seem to care that it was too late for us to find somewhere else to eat with our children. Refund offered was less that what was paid too, member of staff seemed to think that was ok as only a small difference. Found it amusing as I’m sure they wouldn’t have accepted a lesser payment from me.

Not worth the hassle in my opinion, do yourself a favour and easy somewhere where your custom is be valued.

Normally have excellent service in the York Revs sadly in our last 2 visits service is appalling We choose not to have the app sadly it meant We were ignored We used to have a great Wed lunchtime session spending on average £70...We gave it another try this Wed We were ignored by staff at the door apart from the Bar staff member who said hello after 5 mins when we eventually were greeted We were plonked at a tiny table in front if the bar and yet again ignored ....Bye Bye Revs

Sheffield Revolution. Would never go back after the appalling service we received on Saturday Evening. 1st of all the app wouldnt load. We asked for help and received none. Eventually the app loaded. We ordered drinks and they just got shoved on to the table - no communication from the staff what so ever. The cocktails were £9 each and were not what we ordered, so we called a member of staff over only to be told that the cocktail that we ordered wasnt available, so they just brought us a made up alternative which tasted like a flat gassed Ribena. No apologies or anything. The last straw was when 1 drink was brought to the table and slammed down beside me. A lot of money was spent that night seen as the cocktails are so expensive and no value for money what so ever, not even a good experience with nice staff.

We had a cocktail experience and it was one of the best experiences me and my partner had , Caitlin was our bar lady and she was amazing so definitely ask for her when you come , so kind so friendly and gave us an amazing time

Never visit this bar. The bouncer kicked my friend out for the colour of his skin. If this scum of a man isn’t sacked from his pathetic job as a so called bouncer it is a disgrace!

Sh**e service, staff lazy and like to stand around flirting, Waited 30-45 for a call back/to order drinks and food. Not understandable as there are under 10 tables sit with 6 staff working.

Slightly dodgy ordering app but they did a good job in difficult circumstances. Well done.

I was appalled by the customer service. I was asked to upload the Rev app and order everything via the app, I was not given the option to order with a waitress, I understand we are in exceptional times but it took a while to upload and then look through the menu to order. I ordered 2 drinks via the app, after 40 minutes we had still not received any drinks. I thought I would ask one of the waiters, who did attempt to help but he was asked by another waitress if the order was on the system, apparently it wasn't. I stated I had been charged for the drinks, the waitress abruptly told I had not been charged and the transaction would be pending in my account. This was not the case but I thought I would try to reorder the drinks and some food (I wish I had just left at this stage but I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt). After ordering everything by the app, once I had done this I wanted to check if the order had gone on to the Rev system, I was rudely told by the same waitress she was busy. I understand she was busy but she lacked empathy and her customer service skills were abysmal! She did come back to me and told me the order was not on the system, I told her the transaction had come out of my account she rudely said it had not been charged to my account. I sat down and was unsure what to do. We had been there for approximately 50 minutes by this stage with no drink! The assistant manager came over and said she could see I was upset, I explained the situation and again I was told the order was not on their computer. I asked her why my account had been charged, I did not shout and she told me not to speak to her like that!! I was dumbfounded and felt really awkward. I told her how long we had been there etc, she took our order again and gave us a beer on the house. The beers arrived but again we waited about half an hour for the food, which still didn't arrive. The assistant manager told me they were busy, I understood that but I would have thought if they knew we already had an issue that we would have been served quicker. Funnily enough 2 minutes later the food arrived. The assistant manager tried to resolve the situation but did not consider that my food was going cold, she advised they had teething problems with the app, she actually swore. I showed her the transactions were not pending on my account and had gone straight out of my account. I was worried we would be charged again, she said she would give us everything on the house and she believed the transactions would drop off my account in 3-5 days. This is not the case, I am happy to pay as we EVENTUALLY received our order. I was made to feel that issue was my fault and that I should not let it spoil my afternoon. Well the whole situation did spoil our afternoon and the management need teach the waiting staff how to be polite and empathic...

Amazing staff & insane cocktails! Nothing was too much of a trouble, went out of their way to give us that great customer service! Food okay, not the best burger but great value for money. Will definitely come back. Thanks Aaron & Becca for a great experience!

Absolutely brilliant service and food!

I attended with 2 house mates on 17/10 for a bottomless brunch. Not only were the staff lovely but our drinks were never empty!

I have already recommended to friends and colleagues and will definitely be returning.
