Me and my friend had a bottomless brunch booked on Saturday 26th September. The day before we received an email, which said anyone entering and moving around the bar had to wear a face covering. We had no issues with this however, I had recently received an exemption card from my doctors, which I usually show when I enter a shop/restaurant/bar with no problems. Upon arrival the lady who checked us in asked if we could put on our face coverings, I explained that I was exempt from wearing one and that I had a card from my doctors that I could show her. She called someone over, who I can only assume was the manager, and explained that I was exempt and that she wasn't sure what to do. The manager quite rudely said 'you're exempt? So what's up with you then?' - this is the first time I have ever been asked for a reason to why I'm exempt and it was explained to me by my doctor that you shouldn't have to give anyone a reason, you just show them the card. We had just seen a group of girls being turned away because they didn't have face coverings, so to avoid the risk of being turned away I told him the reason why. The manager continued to roll his eyes at me and said 'go on then'. Me and my friend found this to be extremely rude, and I was very embarrassed as he said/did this in front of other people who were waiting to go in. When we were seated, my friend saw a family friend who was sat on the table at the side of us. She went across to their table to say hello (keeping social distancing measures and with face masks on) she had only been chatting to them for a couple of minutes and was about to say bye, when the manager came over to my friend and shouted 'I'm going to have to ask you to go back to your own table now'. Again, the manager was extremely rude in what he said and the tone of voice he used - not to mention shouting this across the bar so everyone seated around could hear. Our brunch started at 1145 and our food came about 15 minutes after (and was clap cold) however, no one had been over to our table to ask us what we would like to drink. By the time we eventually got a drink, it was 1215, so half an hour after our 'bottomless' brunch was meant to start. From then on, we could see staff constantly going over to other tables and giving them a fresh bottle of prosecco, or asking them if they would like another drink, but not one person came over to us! We had to repeatedly try and get someone's attention to ask for a drink, to the point where it felt like we were begging the staff to serve us. We had a table booked for drinks straight after our brunch had finished, so once we had finished we advised the manager of this who seated us on the outdoor seats in the downstairs bar area. My friend and I had been sat there for about half an hour, when another member of staff came down and asked us if we had a table booked as that one was reserved. We explained that we had also booked a table and that the manager had seated us here. The lady came back and said that she was going to have to move us, as that table had been reserved for someone else! We told her we were happy enough to move but we had ordered some drinks - she told us that this was fine and that she would inform the bar of this. When the drinks finally came out, it was clear that she had not informed the bar staff as he tried giving the other table our drinks - and if we hadn't of been reseated close to the other table then we wouldn't of known. The whole experience was poor and poorly managed - it put a bad atmosphere and vibe on what should of been a really nice day.

AVOID Revolution Stafford!! 14 of us booked for the bottomless 2 hours! We were seated on 2 tables separately - which was fine.
Upon arriving we were given the riot act of does and donts. We were not allowed to go over to the other table under any circumstances and we will be allowed 3 strikes then thrown out! Which was kind of off-putting as we are all aware of the government guidelines regarding covid.
After a few drinks we started to talk over to our partners/friends on another table. Apparently this is NOT ALLOWED. A rude woman came running over and shouted at us. Told us we are allowed 2 strikes not 3 and this was the first one! No talking to people on the other table!!
She was rude and didn’t acknowledge the fact I was trying to tell my partner that he needed to pay and that I’d paid a deposit of £12 so that was to come off the bill.
The atmosphere is awful. No shouting no talking. Music is quiet. It was like being in a prison camp not a night out.
The bottomless drinks menu is awful too hardly any choice and the drinks are filled with ice!
My partner paid the bill in full. The waitress didn’t acknowledge the deposit I’d paid so we over paid.
Awful night out. Staff are so rude and unwelcoming. Don’t waste your money. I’m 34 years old and do not appreciate being told I’ve had a strike and I’m being chucked out on the next one, For speaking to my partner. It was An absolute waste of money.

went to this bar last night in Clapham Junction to celebrate a birthday, had to order via app, 1st round took 15 minutes, food took 45 mins but the worst delay was the 2nd round of drinks which never came at all, we asked for them after 30 mins to be told curtly the bar orders are backed up, no apology. went up after 45 minutes of sitting with no drinks to be told rudely the bars busy very offhandedly, no staff even asked our table number either time , said sorry or offer to check and look into the delay ! so after 1 hour waiting for a drink we walked out, Birthday for my friend totally ruined. NEVER going back. the 6 Bar staff on duty were useless, very unprofessional, incompetent, ineffiicient and couldnt care less about us customers

Hello, I have come to revolutions in Clapham junction for food and drinks. I waited 25 minutes for my drinks and about 40 for my food however upon speaking to your employee Chloe she was very nice and apologetic. For the time delay in recovering my orders if not for her I may have left . But she listed spirits and made me feel welcomed and to enjoy my evening. Thanks Chloe. Chefs do better

I attended the new Gin Academy experience for a hen do on Saturday and LOVED it. The amount of gin you got was incredible compared to other gin experiences I've attended. You got plenty of gin for your money. On top of that, you gain top knowledge and interesting facts about the gin you are tasting. STEVEN and KYM were fantastic and looked after us and made the whole experience 10/10. I would definitely recommend it and it got our hen party off to a perfect start! Thank you!

Revolution bar broad street Birmingham . What a wastE of space went in on a Saturday at about 5 so yet to get really busy told to go upstairs as only bookings downstairs . Upstairs only 2 bar staff who were getting all orders wrong we waited half hour and still never got served so walked out . Deffo would not recommend this place

AVOID THIS PLACE!
This bar runs a strange dress code policy that's difficult to understand. If you visit this bar be prepared to be rejected by the fashion police.

I visited this bar with my wife on a bitterly cold February night, the place was half dead sadly we were not able to experience the bar as paying customers as we were wearing the wrong attire. It's no surprise that the company lost £3.6 million if this is how it operates. We won't be going back, ever and if anyone suggests visiting I'll try to persuade them otherwise.

I emailed the company asking what the dress code should be but I've had no reply.

We took our money elsewhere. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Work Christmas Party and our bar tender Zara was absolutely amazing!! No request was too big she catered to our every need! Cocktails were made to the detail, she had knowledge of all drinks on offer... because of her I will definitely return to revolution Clapham Junction again! Employee of the month award should go to her! Thank you Zara for a truly unforgettable experience! Zara you ROCK xxx

Last night me and my friend was hoping to go to revolution MANCHESTER however we didn’t have tickets due to WiFi issues at our accommodation. Straight away we went up to a bouncer working for revolution and asked if we could pay on the door, he said yes definitely you just have to queue up. Of course. Anyway an hour waiting in the queue, no over-exaggeration another bouncer began coming up to people saying you won’t get in the club without a ticket. We explained to him that we had previously spoken to another bouncer who said we could get in he said, “the rules have changed now, don’t Waste your time, leave the queue”. He carried on being very rude. We then saw the bouncer we originally spoke and asked him why we were told false information (we were not shouting, we were not aggressive, we just wanted to know what was going on). He just ignored us, then another bouncer (description tall, white, bald) was very aggressive towards me and my friend, he threw his hands in the air, and came very close to us. Then in a threatening manner, he shouted ‘girls back off, leave now’. This was completely unprovoked, we are not argumentative people. Just upset we had waited an hour in the queue under false information told to us by one of your bouncers. Me and my friend are still very upset about last night. Will never go again, and will be telling everyone I know to never go to this club.

I joined Stacey H Hen do on the 20th July at The Birmingham Revolution. We had a great time. It was my first cocktail making experience and it didn't disappoint! We all had a turn at making the different cocktail mixtures with lots of laughs along the way. Lovely food after too. I would defiantly recommend this experience to others.

I am so raging that there is not an option for 10 starts on this trust pilot for the team at Electric Press Leeds Revolution. I book a booth/package of drinks, food and entertainment for me and my friends from our office once a month, we trailed this back in November and its gone down that well in my office our CEO's PA is now contacting them for our Christmas booking. Whether it be drinks to food to dancing astronauts and entertainers being pushed around the club in a bath tub these guys have it all.

And a super special shout out to Wednesday and Matt literally at table at the drop of a hat sorting drinks getting photos sparklers for the bottles I’m pretty sure if I asked for a lift home they probably would have dropped me at my door so BIG shout out to you guys.

I have since sent friends there for brunch, arranged Hen doo's and I even booked a package to take my aunty and uncle on a night out in Leeds there for Christmas.

Cocktail making for a Hen party with Brad in Cheltenham

Really patient guy and lots of fun. It was a great way to try different cocktails as you all got to choose one to make and there was plenty of shots and cocktail making competition etc. There were even mocktails for our non drinkers.

Overcharged in Revolution Cavern Quarter, Liverpool.
£14:40 for a pint and a G&T.
Assured it was right by the Barmaid, outrageous.
Wont be going there again

Twelve of us did a cocktail masterclass as a hen party and it was amazing. Demi our instructor was fabulous. Highly recommended.

Went to revolution Huddersfield on Saturday 23rd Feb for my best friends hen do, we had the bottomless brunch, when I was booking the event I spoke to Kersty on the customer service email and she was great, helped me loads, nothing was too much, when I finally got a call from the Huddersfield branch I told them the amount of people eating but that we had one extra person not eating - was told this was fine, paid my deposit, called them back 3 or 4 times left messages every time to call me back to pay final amount, no one ever did, when I finally got through, explained situation again was told no problem and paid my final amount, was told they would decorate with banners and balloons as well if I’d like. When I got a call 3 days before to go over a few bits I was told the person who wasn’t eating couldn’t actually come!!! Great! But worked it out eventually and they agreed on this occasion it was ok! Thanks for that! And they agreed to decorate with banners and balloons.
When we got there to set up, they just brought balloons up and nothing else!! They said this is all they did!! Thanks again! Luckily one of the girls had brought a banner that morning!
Now the good part, I cannot thank our waitress Maddie enough she was amazing, nothing was too much for her, she was attentive and made sure everyone’s glass was full, thank you Maddie for making it an awesome afternoon, you are fab 😘
I don’t think I would book an event through these guys again as it was too much hassle, but the food was nice and the drinks flowed and the hen was happy so can’t complain too much

Jess in Richmond is a lovely member of staff she was very polite and attentive.

I had the worst night experience ever. I went out with my friend and a girl poured drink on her dress, we went up to her to acknowledge what she did and she didn't care and I told her she needed to apologise. We were talking about the situation and the bouncers came and asked us to leave without asking question. We tried explaining he told us to sushhhh. I got upset and we started arguing. And he called the police on us saying there is two black girls causing troubles. And I told him I'm proud of my root, I also asked are you British? Cuz he was Asian. He was racist because of the colour our skin. Revolution is a nightmare and I'm taking this further.
