RHA trueconnect not ready
I am normally a loyal fan of RHA's products and was eagerly awaiting the trueconnect wireless product. Unfortunately the product is just not ready for market.
I purchased two of them and both have had antennae issues on the right and left ear. I contacted RHA and they refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem with their product. I suggest they go online and read the customer reviews on Reddit and Amazon.
I expect that if I am going to provide my loyalty to a company that they stand behind their product and own up to their errors. Instead I have to return the items and pay for shipping.

Simply amazing!
I purchased the MA-650 Wireless last year and I'm convinced they are the best earbuds that $99 can buy. Battery life is great, sound quality is superb, craftsmanship is outstanding. They aren't labeled as "noise cancelling" but with a proper seal you will be able to comfortably drown out sound around you. I've worn them for air travel, in the gym, yard work and they work as good as the day I bought them. You can literally hear every instrument, the soundstage is quite good. I recently purchased the MA-750 Wireless and find them to be of same quality, improved sound and the comfort is outstanding. I appreciate the different packaging and tip options provided with the earbuds. Keep up the great work.

RHA stands behind their products.
When removing the “Do not charge when wet” sticker over the USB-C charging port, the silicon outer covering ripped half way to the power button. Contacted RHA and they sent a replacement set with minimum hassle. Refreshing to see a company stand behind their products properly these days. Sound quality of the MA650 neck buds is amazing, as is battery life. I have tried innumerable Bluetooth headsets looking for performance this strong. The only weakness I see in the MA650 is that my initial pair suffered from excessive sibilance during phone calls. Strange that sound quality for music is so exceptionally good, while phone calls are a bit disappointing by comparison.
Update: After receiving the replacement pair, I’m pleased to report very good phone call quality as well. The first pair sounded garbled on phone calls, but the second pair is crystal clear for both phone calls and music.

Poor customer service
I would love to review these headphones, but I cannot. I’ve never used them. The problem for me began with unboxing, and discovering that the adhesive sticker warning consumers to not charge device while wet was affixed so strongly that it literally ripped the rubberized material away from the part. I have had a very unsatisfactory experience with RHA attempting to return this product. I am still exchanging emails—their responses often days apart—has been frustrating. I would not be able to recommend this company given their very poor customer service.

Purchased RHA TrueConnect earbuds…
Purchased RHA TrueConnect earbuds directly from the RHA website. The sound quality is not quite what I was hoping for - there is what sounds like some compression in the high range. I reached out to their support to understand if this is a defective product. They've asked me to ship the product to their facility in Glasgow, where they will "test" it and presumably get back to me.
I don't see this as an acceptable resolution at all. I expect a company to stand behind their product and issue me a refund or exchange. This is standard. It's not reasonable to expect me to ship an expensive purchased item across the world so it can be "tested," with no understanding of what the next steps will be. I'm not even sure if I will get the headphones back should they choose to reject my claim.
Overall this has been a learning experience with RHA, and in the future, I will stick to vendors who have more faith in their own products and are willing to provide adequate return or exchange policies.

Their email either didn't make it through or went to spam. They are going to send the missing item.
I really enjoy their products and sound quality.

These earbuds cut in and out very often. The connection never holds. I have other brands of earbuds and this does not happen. I bought these for the battery life only to realize that the connection quality is subpar.

The best truly wireless headphones hands down
These headphones are wonderful. Immensely better sound quality than airpods, great comfort for hours of wear, nice looks, and great call quality. I led remote training in these headphones and the call quality was perfect. Can't recommend them enough.

I normally don't like in-ear headphones…
I normally don't like in-ear headphones but these are super comfortable and sound great! Love the portability with the true wireless design. Plus the case charges via USB-C! 5/5.
