Bought my wireless ones when they 1st came out a couple of years ago. Paid around £250. All was going well until only the newer version headphones can the app. For this reason I wouldn't recommend them incase they change the app again. I cannot alter mine at all now.
Customer service is an absolute joke.
Been an absolute joke of a customer service.
Initially, they were great and really responsive, I got a replacement pair of True Connect 2 and they were good but ended up not charging correctly. I was requested to spend my own money to send them in for a check. It has been well over a month and I've nothing from them. Really disappointed, don't bother with their customer service, super incompetent and ignore you.
Excellent customer service
I've had my RHA TrueConnect 2 earphones for 2 years, they have excellent sound quality delivering a mix of spoken audio and various music styles. I recently noticed that one earphone was not holding its charge and switched off after 20 minutes use. I contacted RHA customer services about this fault and they sent me a replacement set which arrived within 3 days. The 3 year guarantee, ease of contacting customer services and the swift response I received were excellent. As a result I'm a very happy customer.
I bought a RHA wireless headphone set…
I bought a RHA wireless headphone set model MA 390 at an international airport terminal. It was great until in one (or two) year the right earbud failed.
Within the second or third year, (November 2022) the left earbud failed. Or, the charge is not working. It’s impossible to tell. Very poor quality.
I would send in for repair if I could.

A real no sh*ts given when it comes to customer support and denying fault.
I purchased a pair of the True Connect a while back. They only lasted 2 hours before shutting down (and for 3 years I though this was normal actually) - they are rated for 4 hours is what RHA says. They did come that way out of the box - and although it was after the 2 year warranty, customer service wouldn't entertain any idea of help. Or even answering why they came that way.
Pretty much shunned away using the excuse and repeating 'it is past the warrenty so we can't help you'.

When they worked they were good. RH stopped working after a few uses. Very difficult to find support or instructions. Disappointed to see a Scottish product perform so poorly.

I was discriminated against and refuse services because I smoke cigarettes and I was compared to a crackhead and smoking crack because I smoke cigarettes and I also refuse treatment because I smoke cigarettes in my own home this company also disregards the safety and concerns and welfare of their clients which if you look into their history they have a lot of blood on their hands someone name Sarah row also refuse to make her employees where N95 masks in my home and she refused to do so as well if an N 95 mask is good enough to protect someone from COVID-19 it is good enough to protect them from second hand smoke

The exceptional service that this company shows is beyond belief, I had a problem with my first set of headphones, after having an email conversation with Jessica a new pair was sent with no fuss at all
The second set had a problem which was perhaps down to my own negligence.on speaking to Jessica again, she proceeded to dispatch a replacement poste haste !
They not only have first class products, they also have first class staff , they are the epitome of great customer service
