Well built, appear to be good quality finishing and materials but does not fit my ears very well and usually I struggle to find in-ear earphones small enough for a good fit.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Have defected wireless headphones and was just given an address to send them back to with no commitment on a refund. Just telling me to send it back so they can take 4 days to test and see what's going on. 1 email every 2 days in the beginning then just fell off the map. I have sent 4 emails since last week and no response. At this point I'm going to be sending the headphones back and crossing my fingers that I get a refund. Horrible customer service, even worse product.

No bass.
Excellent build quality and the mids and highs sound great, however I am very disappointed with the lack of bass, even with the foam ear pieces. I have since made another purchase and sadly these will probably never be used.

Great design, really attractive.
Really cool lights showing charge status on both the case and the ear pods.
Great unobtrusive look while in the ears.
Good sound.
CONS:
The sound cuts out too frequently, sometimes up to 3 or 4 times per song selection. Super irritating.
For the premium price I would expect a better seamless technology for the sound which is what ear pods are all about. Pretty sad since I really like them.

If your into music you won’t be let down
If your into music you won’t be let down with RHA. I carried the first gen T20i for a few years until the cable failed on me. Cutting sound to my left earbud. Then the cable wrapping around the ear failed. However, I did get my use out of them and was overall happy.
Now with the second gen all the privous issues appear to be fixed with redesign and reinforcement to the comman failing points. However, the only thing I would like to see is the option to have a lighting connection, especially since these are designed for Apple phones. Also, since it’s only an option it won’t cut the android market.
