Great quality, even better service
I purchased a pair of T20 Wireless earphones a year and a half ago and absolutely loved them. Ran into an issue and within a couple of days they've sent out a replacement. The warranty cover is amazing and really does back up the faith they have in their products, and it's why I own multiple things from them.

They were prompt and completely…
They were prompt and completely satisfied my issue with an in-warranty failure of one of their products. The agent was thorough and once the product was deemed defective the replacement was shipped immediately.
This is my second experience with RHA support in 5 years of using their products. Both times they have been very helpful and stood behind their products.

the microphone of my bluetooth-headphone didn't work after using for about 1,5years. The custom-service answered fast, tried first to help me repair it and dispatched in the end a replacement, without any problem.
