Like other reviewers, I paid 22 for stepping blocks for children. I had to wait weeks to receive one plastic block. It is impossible to contact them. I wish I had checked the company. It was a Facebook advert -- never again!

Absolute SCAM do your research and do not buy from them!!!
One bounce block in cheap polystyrene arrived several weeks after my order was placed in a plastic bag!!!!

Another horrible review for this scam of a corporation. I ordered blocks for a grandchild’s birthday. It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received delivery yet. And the company will not let me cancel the order. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE (SO CALLED) RETAILER.

Your company can improve by closing your doors. Your advertisement for the product is misleading and doesn't represent what was ordered. This is a scam operation, do not do business with this company.

Bought the bounce blocks thinking I’d be getting 5 or 6 of them only one arrived total scam. 50$ for a piece of coloured styrofoam. Horrible. As everyone has said this is a fraud.

The same as everyone else - order was shipped late because it is coming directly from china. It is not the product as described but a cheaply made version. Cheaply made from China shipped not even in a box with the bag ripped open.

The toy I ordered was damaged and the packaging was destroyed upon arrival. Their response to me is damaged packaging is inevitable🤷‍♀️? The item
Ordered is china junk. Do Not do business with this shady company. They are not responding to my refund request. BBB will be contacted today.

Wish I had looked upthis company before purchasing. Looks online like a high quality, british company. Ordered stepping stones for my kids, expecting heavy, rubber blocks - and paid for that product! What arrived are cheap styrofoam blocks that slip around on the floor. They're worth about £10 at most. I can't return without paying for postage back to China. I'm so cross and embarrassed that I fell for it, and that this company now has my details. I've certainly learned a lesson here! I will be reporting the company to British Trading Standards.

SCAM!!!!!!!

Massively over priced Chinese rubbish. The same stuff is available on Amazon at less than half their sale price. The everything is always on sale to make you rush a purchase.
It came without a box or any packaging. It was damaged and I would never buy from them again.

Things went better than expected. I was fearful having read the reviews here but my goods were delivered intact and were exactly as I expected. My three star rating is purely because of the time it took for the goods to reach me - over six weeks. I received regular updates and the parcels were tracked effectively.

Please note that this company is in China. It masquerades very cleverly as a British company. I am still waiting for my goods which I ordered over 10 days ago. On investigation I discovered they were based in China and have now seen all these reviews.
I have also just looked on Amazon and exactly the same items are available at LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE of what this company is charging.
Please note that if you want to return goods, you will have to, yourself, pay postage to China, which usually exceeds the cost of the goods. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam company. Buyer beware. I disputed a $30 purchase for a misleading and dubious goods, plus paid $4.95 shipping, for a total of 34.95.I complained to the Richmond Rose company with no response. After I disputed the charge then the company responded requesting me to return the item to China at my expense. The cost to send it back was more than double the cost of product over $60 usd. What kind of co does that? Then I received two threatening emails from the corporation so called legal department demanding that I reverse the chargeback or they would take legal action. When I checked on the lawyer's name and co. no such company or person exists.

Avoid this company. I purchased a set of children's balance blocs costing approx £25. There was a significant delay in delivery and when the product arrived it appeared to have come from an individual in China and the package contained just one very flimsy bloc. As the blocs are only useful if you have several, one was no use at all. I was told to return the product but I am not intending to return it all the way back to China - I am not convinced I'd get a refund even if I did!. I wish I'd read company reviews before ordering. Have learnt my lesson and will do so in future. Please AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM RICHMOND ROSE!

If I could give zero stars I would. Product arrived, not what I expected, but intact. They actually came from Temu. I know this because invoice/label has Temu written on it. looked them upon Temu and they are 1/2 the price.came in 2 packages and it will cost $$$ to return. So I will keep them, but consider myself scammed. NEVER AGAIN. I will be more diligent when ordering from a company on FaceBook.

They show the tree climbing kit with about 30 colorful climbing “rocks” so you think oh that looks like so much fun for my granddaughters so I bought 2. It took about a month to receive it so I knew it was some FRAUDULENT Chinese Company. What I received and DECEIVED was a $5 ratchet tie down cable with 2 pieces of plastic things that do not even fit on the cable. On the Richmond Rose website it does not state that you have to purchase all of the rest of the “rocks” so they make it look like your purchase will include what is shown. I have screenshots of the entire website This is some B.S. company from you guessed it, Shenzen CHINA. This company changes their name every few months and continues the scam. I have been emailing them everyday asking where is the rest of my order and I get the same response……they act like they don’t know what you’re talking about. The emails. One from a lady called Linda Ly. And,LIE she does. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Just a side note I ordered a swimming pool from this company a couple of years ago and it arrived full of holes. I contacted them explaining the problem so they said send it back but I’ll have to pay for shipping which was $132.00. I contacted my bank and they reversed the charges. They operate as a U.S. company based in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The items actually come from China.

Awful quality. The website looks legit but the products a cheap and not fit for purpose. They arrived from China when I apparently purchased from a eu company. I would not recommend. Highly dissatisfied with the price of the product and what I received its despicable.

Dreadful. I ordered blocks for my grandson. 1 arrived. 33 euros. Scandalous. Do not buy from them.

I ordered 6 blocks and I only received 3. Paid $87. Ignoring my emails and has not sent the other 3 I paid for.

I ordered a present for my son at the
beginning of April and a month later I asked to cancel the order as I had not received it. I was told to return it once received and only half arrived. I have requested I am refunded due to half an order - but I doubt I will receive any money back
