Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks. I sent a query to cancel immediately which they claim I didn’t send within 9 hrs. Also they quoted 5-7 days which is false. Tracking information may as well not exist as doesn’t make any sense. They should be transparent that the items are coming from China. Clearly won’t be receiving before Christmas and they should make that clear when placing the order. Worst online company I’ve ever encountered.

Complete scam
I ordered this at the beginning of December and paid for guaranteed delivery in a week assuming that would be enough to get it here for Christmas but apparently not. Have emailed to ask about it and received no reply. Feels pretty off to take money for a service you can’t provide. Wish I’d read these reviews firsts clearly it isn’t coming and looks like it will be useless when it does - what an absolute scam.

Despite appearing to be a U.K. company, and promising Royal Mail express shipping in 4/6 days, the item has still not arrived 13 days later, and will not be here in time for Christmas. I now realise this is a Chinese company.

Slow delivery,damaged packing and no hope of refund
Long delay to receive goods in damaged packaging so unsuitable for gifting. Refund declined unless pay for return to China.
