DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Yes, they accept returns, however, you have to make the returns to CHINA!!!

I posted a warning review and was contacted by the company. They offered me $5 then $8 on my $76 purchase after posting on this review site that they would help to resolve the issue. I have given this nearly a month to try to let them do the right thing and they will not. Order at your own risk but I would save your money!

I bought two tops hoping to wear them for the holidays. The quality of merchandise was Cheap and one top didn't look like picture. The sizing was ridiculously too small.
When i sent email to return they didn't respond 1st time. Second time offer me $5 or a discount. Why would I want to order again from this company?The return policy is misleading, and fraudulent.
3RD time I contacted i was offered $7 refund on a $60 order.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

The top I ordered was not the measurements listed and were more like 2 sizes smaller than what was supposed to be. They mislabeled the top. I contacted them and they refused to acknowledge their error!!! They asked me to pay huge fee to send back or accept $2.00 for their error, they were accusatory and would not fix

I bought a party dress on top of this site and I think I love it, although the logistics took a little bit longer, I think I'm willing to wait, at first I thought it was a scam site until I received my dress, I think I'll continue to buy from this site, I just wish the logistics would be a little bit faster!

Same as all complaints above!!! DO NOT buy from this company!! Poor quality and not like the photos! I tried to return my purchase, stating the fact that I ordered the size that I did because of the measurements listed on the size chart. That was grossly incorrect and should have been refunded on that fact alone.

I was looking for an affordable yet stylish dress, and this one was perfect. The stitching and material are better than I expected for the price. Shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but it was worth the wait. A nice addition to my wardrobe!

I like the look of the dress and the material, but the shipping took a little too long, if the shipping time was a little faster I think I would be happy with it!

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They make you pay for postage & It costs the same amount to post back as the item is worth if you’re ordering from the uk. They don't warn you of this. If you ask to return they offer you a couple of dollars to keep the item. You loose the majority of what you’ve paid

I was nervous about ordering it online, but when I received it I thought it was okay, although I need to make a slight adjustment to the hem to make it fit me better. Other than that, it's great in every way - the fabric feels great and it's comfortable to wear. I would still recommend it, just double check the sizing before ordering

Dress was hideous,looked nothing like the dress. I’ve never seen such a mismatch of description. The amount of netting on this, I should be a fairy in a pantomime

I purchased 3 things from ricidress and the quality was not good I tried to return 2 of the items but they told me I could not that I would have to pay the shipping back to China. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible site! DO NOT PURCHASE

I placed an order, got a confirmation email & when it shipped. Sent the tracking information but it was blank. Fast forward 20 days, still no updates in the tracking. I emailed customer service & they tell me it was delivered and send the same tracking link with nothing in it & I said I don’t know how you think it was delivered based on that link. also I have cameras for packages and nothing ever showed. I’m not hopeful on getting my money back, terrible experience. Stay away! RC36340 Here is the order number so I hope they see this. This is a scam.

Will update if they make it right or I get my money back.

Update: they offered me $50 on a $200 order. I disputed through PayPal & got my money back.

poor quality of items

the dress looks terrible on the figure. flowers stick out in all directions and seem to fall off. some flowers are very poorly sewn. threads stick out with long tails.. on the seams where the fabric is joined, the flowers are cut and the fabric is not matched correctly. because of this, the flowers behind look like fins or tails of fish

Ditto, ditto, ditto! Appalling quality garments. Nothing like the description! Only just wearable but not at all like the photos! Never again! Do not buy from ricidress!!!

Absolutely horrible it didn’t take too long to get delivered, but what got delivered was not what was described in the description.
Everything was a cheap polyester material even when it said cotton blend, or satin.
Absolutely horrific fit and just cheap AF

And then when you look to return it, they give you 5% on your order or you have to pay for the shipping to get a refund.

I am experiencing the same issue as everyone else!!! I wished I had read this before placing my order. I have been waiting for a month!! I emailed them to get my money refunded to my original method of payment, but they gave me the run around saying that it will be shipped asap !!! I am still waiting for my clothes!
Horrible experience with this company !!

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent purchase on May 31st. When my items arrived, the quality was incredibly poor and see-through; the size didn't fit, and they looked used. The items I received looked nothing like what I ordered and were made from the cheapest materials. To make matters worse, I discovered that returning the items would cost more in shipping to China, and I was only offered $8.00 back on my $86.00 purchase. This experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable. I brought this situation to the attention of Paypal, and they have been outstanding in refunding my money and looking into blocking this vendor from future transactions with other customers.

I feel completely scammed by your company and am seeking a satisfactory resolution.

I ordered a couple of different options for a wedding I was going to be in from ricidress and when they finally came in none of them fit how I wanted them to. I contacted them to return and they wanted to offer me cents on the dollar (even though I spent close to $200!) they finally said that I would need to pay for shipping back to China to get any of my money back (which I did and it was $60!) this was on April 16. I have yet to get my refund and I keep contacting them and I never hear from them. This is the worst company and customer service that I have ever dealt with! Not only am I not getting any money back, I am out even more having to send back clothes that I didn't want!!!!!!! HORRIBLE! I wish I could give them ZERO stars.
