Scammers scammers scammers! First of all all when you try to initiate a return they try to get you to keep item at reduced cost! Then when you finally get a return address they say you are eligible for the customs fee! I will not under any circumstances pay for a retailers customers fees! This information is not even on their site! Avoid these thieves!

Paid for expedited shipping, should come in 5-8 days. 2 weeks later still waiting. No communication.

Absolute scam. Items were delivered but NOTHING was the same as pictured on their website. Long leg jumpsuit looked like bermuda shorts and I'm 5'2. Dress that was pictured hitting at the knees on the model didn't fall past any of my private parts. A "knit sweater dress" was a thin/stiff/see through t-shirt material. Bought 5 items and realistically figured it'd be hit and miss. HATED ALL 5 ITEMS DUE TO QUALITY, MISREPRESENTATION, AND SMELL. I wouldn't wear or keep any of it even if it was free. It's trash.

The product is very cheap, it doesn’t look like the pictures. I have tried to contact support to make a return but have not received a reply.
Don’t shop this store it’s just an overpriced Shien store.

Buyer beware, don't ever buy from this company! The product does not arrive, I contact the company and they refuse to refund my money. They claim because it's on route they can't refund me the money. The items have been sitting for ever somewhere in Illinois and Ohio.If I could give them a zero review as a score I would. Contact your credit card company and charge the items back.

I never received the products. I reached out for a refund and they told me that my tracking number due to logistics got changed. But the tracking number I have says that it’s been detained in Texas due to fraudulent postage. I I told them that either way I never got the dress. Haven’t heard back.

Do not buy from these guys or their sister companies, Ricidress, Boho.com - they will advertise cute items but none of them come as depicted and in fact some of my items looked previously worn and were the wrong size. They will not return items or provide a shipping label and instead tell you to keep the damaged item and they will give you an $8 discount but no returns, no shipping. Bad bad bad - come on US commerce folks - shut these people down on social media! All they do is get bad reviews and open new online stores that ship poorly made product that can’t be returned.
