The USPS said that my purchase is in their custody for having counterfeit postage. I am trying to get my money back

dishonest! Very poor quality clothes! the seller sends damaged clothes but does not want to refund you or send you a return label! to flee!

The worst! I wasted money on junk clothing. I should have really listened to the reviews. DO NOT! I REPEAT! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RICIDRESS! The material is noting like the picture. Just plastic with print on it!! I wouldn’t wven call it polyester. I am so mad at myself. The return policy is ridiculous. All I can hope is that someone needs that money more than I do.

RUN from this site. I ordered 5 dresses on April 8th, for my vacation. I got someone else’s damn order today. I’m so mad I could spit! I even emailed them and THEY GAVE me the tracking number and I STILL got the wrong order! Will keep you posted

If I could give Ricidress a zero star I would! I paid extra for shipping cost so items would be delivered within 5-8 days per order, instead it took 3-4 weeks! Not to mention, once finally delivered, items looked nothing like what I ordered- very cheap material!!! When I reached out to customer service for return, they told me can’t return unless I paid for shipping back to CHINA (which cost more than my order)!!! They only offered $12.00 credit back, which is less then what I paid for shipping initially. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM- DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I should have searched for reviews on the company before ordering. I bought 2 items. They arrived today. I've been scammed. Looks nothing like what I ordered 😂

I was worried about ordering but decided because I loved the dress to give it a try. I ordered the beautiful blue off shoulder dress. I received a message that it had shipped and would arrive in 7-15 days. It arrived via US Mail in 18 days. It is a really soft material but has enough body that it hangs nicely. I ordered the XL and usually wear 16/18. I am 6’ tall and it almost touches the ground. It is slightly high waisted on me, but looks nice with the sash tied to the side. It could be worn with or without the sash. The color is more vibrant than in the pictures. I can’t wait to wear it to my niece’s beach wedding !

If I could give Ricidress a zero, that would be more fitting! It took forever to receive my items and then once I got them they were so poorly made. Nothing looked like what I ordered. The worst material, I’m talking cheap AF!!! Can’t return unless I ship the stuff back too you guessed, China for $200.00 and they only offered $12.00 back, I spent $155.00. This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!!!

I paid for fast shipping over 2 months ago and still have not received anything. I emailed support and they responded with “ you need to relax and be more patient it will come)
It still has not came and now I have to find a different dress for my best friends wedding by tomorrow!! DONT BUY!!!!!!

Ordered a few dresses for events I was attending. I never received a shipping notification despite paying extra for expedited shipping. I reached out to customer service and they told me to wait patiently. Terrible company with terrible service

This is a Chinese scam site. Poor service and I did not receive tracking order number so no product.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible quality and does not look as pictured.
The return policy is disgusting.
I would never order again

If I could give even less than one star I would .Their quality is HORIBLE.
I asked to return the dress and this is what i got in response .

I paid $51 for the dress with shopping and they want to return $5 ????

Also let me add that I paid extra fee for shipping to be delivered faster and they delivered 2 weeks later

We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage.
But the postage also very expensive , we do not recommend it .
and if there is customs problem , you will responsible for it .the customs fees also very expensive .All the items are checked in good condition before it was send out.
We can refund you 5$ as compensation at most and you keep the items,is it ok?
If you really do not want to keep the items, we will respect your decision. But you will need to pay for the shipping fee to send it back.

Absolutely disgusting! The pants I ordered were NOT the pants I received. They would not refund my money and wanted me to pay for shipping back to china. They offered me $3 the pants were 35!

The dresse I ordered looks nothing like it did in the picture. Very cheaply made. When I wanted to return it, they said I had to pay for shipping to China. It’s a scam!!! DO NOT purchase from this site.

This place's clothing is so CHEAP! The dresses look nothing like they do in the picture. I ordered a small and it fit like a large. When I wante4d to return it, they said I had to pay for shipping to CHINA.

All PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ reviews before getting SCAMED !!!! they are a FAKE business. 1. They took close to 1.5 mths to ship my clothes and i then found it comes from CHINA.. now it was 3 sizes smaller than a medium i wear in USA. returned it and paid shipping charges. never got reimbursed as they kept saying they did not get my merchandise. how cunning....no integrity as a business. CHINA seriously. You also skin and KILL dogs.

This place is a scam it’s an off shoot or temu cheap clothes from china .
I ordered a dress not knowing and it came in a cheap polyester printed form not even real tie tye when i sent them a request for refund they said they would give me 3 dollars I paid 39 for the dress then they told
me i had to pay the shipping it was 62 dollars to send back to china and they said they would only refund me 5 dollars
at the most even if i paid to have it sent back it’s a huge scam don’t order anything fro Ricidress

Well, I guess I am stuck with this junk! What you see is not what you get. Cheap material is used while the gown looks elegant on the add. Once again, a Facebook adds. relearned a lesson DO NOT BUY OFF OF FACEBOOK ADDS.
