Ride and Glide Reviews 

I used another company for my first scooter with so much hassle, poor service and only email.
My order with ride and glide was dispatched the following day (I ordered in the evening), with my scooter coming the day after dispatch.

I had some trouble with the scooter latch which turned out was my fault. Customer service via the phone was exceptional. Answering my stupid questions and ensuring I was happy with the scooter.
Amazing company, who I’d recommend to anyone, and the scooter quality is second to none.

Ride + Glide keeps their promise on the delivery. I got my Vsett 10+ within 5 days shipped to Denmark as stated on the website. The only downside is that I had to pay custom import and tax, due to UK is no longer apart of EU. But the total price was still cheaper than other retailers in EU.
The support is top notch! They helped me a lot with guidance and what parts I needed to repair my Vsett 10+, and they didn't get frustrated about I had so many questions, and that I I got a bit impatient.
I was in an accident the second time I took the scooter for a ride, so of course the warranty doesn't cover. That's why I had to buy spare parts and get a local bike shop to repair it, since it was cheaper than shipping the scooter back and forth, repair plus custom import and tax.
The support went on from Monday, but I was finally able to order the parts today, so I can't wait to receive it, repair my scooter and get back in it soon.

Good customer service. Had an issue with a brand new Vsett10+ scooter which was collected, diagnosed with a faulty speed controller, fixed, and then returned to me. This scooter is very heavy so courier would have been expensive, truly good customer service. Highly recommended company.

Always rapid delivery by a decent courier too! Bought many parts from other stores that are overpriced, slow delivery and questionably authentic.
