The staff at the Carvoiero branch were fantastic. I hadn't ridden in awhiile and my daughter had passed her full bike test so wanted to upgrade and the staff could not be more accomodating. I was given the option to try out a few bikes for size just so I was sure I would be comfortable. My daughter wanted a bigger engined bike and they offered her a Honda CB500. She commented to the fact that she didn't know the size or if it would be suitable so the gentlemen went and fetched it for her to try. The whole process, from booking in the UK to recieving the bikes was painless. The service we recieved was great and I would highly recommend Riderly to anyone choosing to rent abroad. We are looking to do similar next year and we will definately be using Riderly again.

Even though it is off-season at the moment, the staff at riderly.com tried the best they could to help me find an adventure bike for a ride in Portugal. They checked with all the local rental companies near the city I was planning to start my trip to try to find the adventure bike I was looking for. And even when the odds were not in my favour because the local companies were either already booked or did not have the type of bike I needed, they kindly directed me to one of the larger global rental chains even though they had spent already so much time on my requests.
Shoutout to them for providing great service and being awesome!

Riderly was in my case the first option to search a rental bike in valencia, as their website makes it really easy to find the right choice. Also the process handling is well supported, this time the contact at riderly had to inform me that my booked bike wasn´t anymore available, but offered an self researched option, which was the right hit at the positive end. So my recommendation...when you are not clear where to find your right rental bike, here is the best support solution.

We rented 2 BMW F900GS’s with OXBikers at Marrakesh for a 10 days tour through Morocco. It was an amazing adventure on 2 new bikes. We highly recommend Khalid and his team as they are great and very friendly.

Riderly let the rental company take your complete deposit of 2000 euros per bike during 6 weeks!!;
Yes, it is in the signed contract but nobody orally, tell you that the money is taken, instead of just being blocked during 6 WEEKS!!
Why do I have to wait 6 weeks before being refunded?? . .no answer. ..my answer: because Riderly and the rental company KHL Moto Travel has earned money with this practice but this block my credit card during 5 week!! And Riderly does not care!!. In addition, 2x 42 euros taken for the exchange rate.
Riderly and KHL Moto Travel : never rent anything from these companies!!
