Scandalous how slow they work and end position they still can't fix the scooter the expected time of repair was 1 week but that became 1 month with the slow service I will never come here again and they left the battery of my scooter all blood open what is this!!!

Subscribing for a trotinette with STEP was the best choice I've ever made. As I divide my commute between public transport and trotinettes, I realized I was spending a fortune in the rental services.
