Their fees are very high for a service that is even worse than the previous managing agency.

I previously gave a five star review to Ringley because Denise in the legal department is so good at her job. However the property management side of the company simply do not respond to emails or pick up the phone. It took me nearly a week to get though to the accounts department recently, which held up some work. Natalie Birmingham is unresponsive and works from home frequently, which seems to add to the issue - her office could not get through to her last week when I tried yet again to make contact. I will now have to go through their internal complaints process, which is likely to be ignored before I can escalate this matter to a formal complaint. This or writing a review seems to be the only way of getting their attention. What a waste of everyone's time.

I personally have always had a great experience with the team at the Concierge - especially Diane and Joseph! They both really make my day and they always go out of their way when it comes to any queries and when I'm being a silly sausage with getting the dates wrong with parcels. I think this team is definitely a lot more approachable than the previous, but that's just based on my personal experience. I also like that they can take accountability, get things done and are just overall really pleasant to deal with.

Chris the concierge at Wimbledon stadia managed by the ringley group is exceptional! Welcoming, friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Knowing I’m heavily pregnant he helped with my parcels and I was very grateful.

I would just like to say a huge thank you to our cleaner Mohammed here at Orton House Wimbledon Stadia. He is always friendly and polite and has done a great job especially over the festive period cleaning up all the tree needles from some inconsiderate neighbours. Thank you for your hard work Mohammed.
I would like to give Mohammed at Orton House (Wimbledon Stadia) a big shout out for his dedicated effort to clean up the big mess created by Christmas trees from the past holiday season. We are grateful to have him as our cleaner.

I need to share that Ringley who inevitably have a constant work to do here in Ferry Court.
I must firstly give the housekeeping staff A+ for their hard work and always being so pleasant and helpful and efficient.
Ringley staff “pulled out the stops” to reroot the now beautifully lit Christmas tree and in a secured box! The area is paved and seats around the area.
Let us all keep this site as best as it can be with total commitment to be positive between Management, staff and residents. We too have a responsibility…

Moving to the UK and renting for the first time in London is not the easiest of experiences that can leave the impression that management companies often create an impersonal experience for the tenant. I was fortunate to experience the transition to Ringley in my building and specifically the experience of interacting with Nusha. Nusha is very responsive and professional and importantly provides for a personable interaction in which queries are promptly addressed as are issues that may arise from time to time that need to be fixed.
