I need to share that Ringley who inevitably have a constant work to do here in Ferry Court.
I must firstly give the housekeeping staff A+ for their hard work and always being so pleasant and helpful and efficient.
Ringley staff “pulled out the stops” to reroot the now beautifully lit Christmas tree and in a secured box! The area is paved and seats around the area.
Let us all keep this site as best as it can be with total commitment to be positive between Management, staff and residents. We too have a responsibility…

Moving to the UK and renting for the first time in London is not the easiest of experiences that can leave the impression that management companies often create an impersonal experience for the tenant. I was fortunate to experience the transition to Ringley in my building and specifically the experience of interacting with Nusha. Nusha is very responsive and professional and importantly provides for a personable interaction in which queries are promptly addressed as are issues that may arise from time to time that need to be fixed.

Rhys as our junior property manager: stepping into Dilara’s role when she was away, proved a great experience.

With him confidently getting up to speed with our buildings’ specific needs. And organising contractors for emergency work.

Whilst always communicating a friendly, positive attitude - and a pragmatic, can-do approach.

Big thank-you to Donta for helping me understand my service charge break-down, he was really helpful and ensured I had everything I needed, thanks Donta!

I had an excellent experience working with Aayushi while renting my flat at One Lampton Road. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. It’s really a good experience for three years ago, I m about to enjoy the fourth year with the Ringley group, they are very good en services, respect, solidarity as well.

I am the operations manager at Kiin and we have been working with Nusha at Ringley for over 2 years now developing and implementing a social and wellbeing calendar of activities for residents at Regency Heights. She has been great to work with - responsive, friendly and providing the bridge between residents and activities. She has a good grasp of what the residents enjoy and how to engage with them. Looking forward to our continued relationship.

I’ve worked with Nusha at Regency Heights and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. She’s responsive, clear in her communication, and always proactive in getting things resolved quickly. Working with someone who is consistently reliable makes a huge difference, and Nusha has definitely been great to work with.

Appalling when it comes to managing properties. You contact them regarding a issue and they fail to sort it but then charge extortionate amounts for cleaning and gardening services. The biggest joke is the admin fees, the amount of times I've had to chase for the service charge is a joke

From what I've seen so far Ringley do a fantastic job managing Prospect Place, the development is in great hands with the team and is well looked after. I've spoken to a few of the team on a number of occasions, namely Dan in Maintenance and Diane and Joe in Concierge and really appreciate how super helpful, approachable, reliable and friendly they are with any queries or requests I've had, creating a great atmosphere for visitors and residents alike.

Ringley clearly takes pride in the developments they manage and the PP team reflect this ethos, resulting in a lovely place to live, work or visit.
