Solid tailback for the trail
Used this tailback for a 3000km+ ride down Patagonia including the notorious Los Malditos 73 - lots of rough gravel roads, mountain passes, rain and hideous cross winds. The anchoring system kept the pack firmly in place yet easy to release to wander around places, have lunch etc. Kit inside stayed dry and clean too.

Still waiting for an order that has apparently been in the country (according to the fraudulent tracking service they sent me) has been in the country for two weeks. Suspicious company. They keep sending me what looks like a fake tracking company. The order was placed a month ago. And it was allegedly sent but the company they use looks like a ruse. If it ever arrives I'll delete this but it feels like a scam to me!

I love my Rippl jeans. Mainly waterproof, really warm, and the armour and reinforcing give me a safe feeling. Although I hope they never get tested, I'm sure they'll look after me. Great price too!

I had completely positive experience. Unfortunately I chose the wrong size of the impact shorts. Once they’ve arrived I wrote to the support to advice them about the problem. They immediately replied to me that they would have sent a other product of the right size right away and to keep the other one for myself as well. The shorts are well made and surely do their job!

The shorts work fine. I'd prefer them longer as the tend to ride up.. They definitely make a difference on long rides. Especially on a sport bike. Price ? Too expensive. You can get the same thing on Amazon for half the money.

I love the riding pants
I love the riding pants. It’s hard to find riding pants for women so I’ve resorted to trying on men’s pants. I bought the extra small and they fit perfectly. The rise is just right.
I’m 5’2” and 115#.
Service is great! They ship right away. Time of shipping from England to the US is fairly quick.

I ordered my impact shorts which arrived swiftly. Unfortunately I ordered shorts too large for me. I contacted customer services and had a reply within a few hours. They replaced my shorts immediately with excellent information on delivery and tracking.
Really good service and the shorts are what they say, light weight and good on impacts.

Product is excellent. The sizes were around a tad small. I ordered I normally wear 33 or 34 blue jeans. so I ordered the large they were too small so I contacted Ripple and they sent me a XL they fit just fine.

Great customer service
Their customer service is wonderful. I accidentally ordered the winter jeans instead of the regular jeans. I’m in the U.S. and ordered it Friday evening my time. I figured the order would be filled and sent before any customer service saw my message because it was the weekend. Within hours I had a response saying they changed my order to the regular jeans and they’d be on their way. With the prompt customer service alone I would order again from them. That’s rare these days.

Pure grit riding jeans
I bought these pants at the beginning of the year because I wanted something that would prevent road rash. As soon as I put them on, they felt very comfortable. A little tight around the back of the knee when riding. Customer service is great. They get back to you immediately. Even in the hot summer, they are still very comfortable to wear. Long story short, I got hit by a car and thrown off my bike 15 feet. She backed out extremely fast and I had zero time to react. The trunk smacked into my hip and I flew and landed on my left knee and rolled. If it weren't for these jeans, id have terrible road rash all over and a possible broken hip due to the impact. When the doctor was checking me out, he said that "your hips would have cracked" if I wasn't wearing these pants.(considering that my hips were completely messed up and i had a hard time walking after because of it). Id recommend these pants to anyone who wants to save their hips and knees from breaking and prevent that terrible road rash from happening.

Having tried many many brands, I found that the Pure Grit pants are second to none. Clever and stylish design. Very comfortable and sizing is true to size but generous due to stretching form. Rippl Impact Gear are second to none. I cannot fault their customer service. I had selected the wrong size, but I was surprised when they said to send them back, at no cost to me. Even though I was the person who made the mistake on sizing. I received my jeans all with a minimum of fuss. Such a fantastic fit. Their motorbike jeans are the best. I love the way so much thought has gone into this design and only using the best quality fabrics. I love the way the knee pads can be taken out from the front. It’s so convenient when I want to get off the bike to spend some time in a cafe etc. I only ever wear motorbike gear, both pants and jacket, while riding. Some not so comfortable but these jeans are fantastic to wear. I feel safe, secure and comfortable. Delivery..... Very poor, paid for delivery but the tracking App displayed (7 days in to the transit of the items) that "Could not find order". Shame as I really want to support UK businesses but I have since got the products from another supplier (all overseas) a lot quicker (and a little cheaper).
