Pure Grit™ Riding Jeans 2.0 - Amazing
Best motorcycle pants ever owned.
Having tried many many brands, I found that the Pure Grit pants are second to none. Clever and stylish design. Very comfortable and sizing is true to size but generous due to stretching form. I would not hesitate to recommend these pants to any rider. Thank you Rippl and looking forward to more colour selections.

Rippl Impact Gear are second to none. I cannot fault their customer service. I had selected the wrong size, but I was surprised when they said to send them back, at no cost to me. Even though I was the person who made the mistake on sizing. I received my jeans all with a minimum of fuss. Such a fantastic fit. Their motorbike jeans are the best. I love the way so much thought has gone into this design and only using the best quality fabrics. I love the way the knee pads can be taken out from the front. It’s so convenient when I want to get off the bike to spend some time in a cafe etc. I only ever wear motorbike gear, both pants and jacket, while riding. Some not so comfortable but these jeans are fantastic to wear. I feel safe, secure and comfortable. Delivery....
Delivery..... Very poor, paid for delivery but the tracking App displayed (7 days in to the transit of the items) that "Could not find order". Shame as I really want to support UK businesses but I have since got the products from another supplier (all overseas) a lot quicker (and a little cheaper). I will be requesting a refund and not use them again

Prefect riding gear
Rippl initially sent the incorrect size but dealt with it immediately, so no issue at all. The product is great; very comfortable and the padding does exactly what it’s supposed to. I’ll be buying some more of these.

Never received the protective shorts despite website stating they will be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Poor and very delayed customer service response .

Returning item seems impossible
I've been trying to return an item for 4 months now, each email is responded to by "we will send a returns label soon", I'm still waiting. No luck through Facebook messenger either. Can't find any telephone number.....terrible customer service.

I ordered an item which was dispatched quickly but unfortunately using Evri as the courier who lived up to their reputation and either lost or misdelivered it!
Ripl replaced the missing item without any hassle.

Rippl jeans
Customer service was great considering time delay between US and UK. The staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. Delivery was a little slower than expected, but the jeans arrived and were exactly as described. In my opinion, the jeans are fantastic. Excellent material and excellent craftsmanship. They have been very comfortable in the cooler fall weather. The jeans just look good. I hope I will never need it but they give me peace of mind knowing that the jeans will save my skin. Definitely impressed with the jeans, so much so I have ordered a second pair.

I've tried every type of 'comfort'…
I've tried every type of 'comfort' shorts that have come on the market so I figured, it's only money, let's try them. After quite a few rides now I can give my honest opinion. For me personally, they help. I have for a long time, had lower back ache and hip ache and quite sore areas across my buttocks when riding motorbikes. Now, I'm not going to say that ALL my pains have mysteriously disappeared..because they haven't, but what I can say 'hand on heart' is that the long rides have become more fun, because for whatever reason, the shorts or just god figuring I'd suffered enough, I DO feel relief and over the weeks my back and hips aching has diminished considerably. Everyone is built different and we will all have a different experience, but I would advise giving them a go. As I said..they have NOT got rid of my discomfort COMPLETELY but, it 'is' very much..'less' severe with them, than without.

I placed an order and immediately contacted the company to cancel the order. They replied but never canceled the order and shipped it anyways. When I received the order is wasn't the color I ordered. Despite multiple attempts they refuse to take the item back or refund my purchase.
Stay away, they are shady scammers.

Not worth the Cost
Bought the cruiser style padded shorts. Went for a three hour ride, at the end it felt worse than wearing nothing. Don’t bother buying.

Great quality product. I have friends who have purchased and recommended to me for longer rides. Bit clearly longer or shorter works well.
Nice and comfortable material not sweaty.

6500 mile coast-to-coast ride, these saved my bum!
I ride a 2015 R 1200 GS, and I've just completed a 6,500-mile coast-to-coast ride from Marysville, Washington, to Poland, Maine, and then south to Asheville, North Carolina.
These shorts were amazing, even though they are designed for men; I’m a woman, and they were exceptional. I have a 29 inch inseam, and my seat is shaved, so I have zero cushion on my seat in order to touch the ground on my GS.
There were different moments during the ride where I jumped on my bike and rode for half an hour without them, and it made all the difference in the world.

Super slow delivery
Super slow delivery. Website makes it appear that they are UK based. My impact shorts were shipped from the far east, expect delivery times measured in weeks, not days. If you're expecting Sportsbikeshop or Helmet City standards of delivery & communication, prepare to be disappointed. The shorts were OK, but too expensive for the quality, even with the - ahem "discounted sale pricing". They do an ok job & are reasonably well made but don't think you are buying a premium product. Dropshipped maybe from China? If they just made that clear, people wouldn't be disappointed, expectations managed. I bought an Aocchi dash cam & knew from the start it was coming from China. I was given honest estimates of shipping times from the start & communication was great, I'd buy another. Not so Rippl. I feel they're trying but need to disclose, up front. The misspelling on the product packaging is also less than confidence inspiring.

I placed an order on the 16th September…
I placed an order on the 16th September for a pair of shorts and a pair of jeans.
On the 19th September I requested that the jeans get cancelled and asked to be reimbursed with the money from them.
I had a response asking for the reason why I wanted to cancel which I did the same day.
I have since sent two more emails asking for an update on the situation but I have had total radio silence.
With the way things are going it’s as if this company is just out scamming people out of their hard earned money.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I’m getting no where using the email address they provided and have used themselves.
All I want is my money back for the goods I cancelled !
As it stands my only comment to people is don’t touch this company with a barge pole
