I purchased a 2500 Mbps internet package, but I’m only receiving around 3 Mbps. I called support multiple times and spent over three hours on hold each time, but they couldn’t resolve the issue.
I cancelled the service, but they didn’t stop the direct debits on their end. I had to contact my bank to cancel them myself, yet I’m still receiving bogus invoices.
Even though I cancelled within days of installation after dealing with their rude and unprofessional contact center, they still went ahead and requested my existing supplier to take over the service, leaving me with no broadband at my property.
Be careful before ordering anything from them. They may offer amazing deals, but don’t fall for the scam. You’ll be dealing with issues for months, even after cancelling.

Do not recommend. After installation i had no broadband for 3 days had to make 3 seperate calls to technical support being told something different each time wasting 4hours as long call times. Finally the last person request engineer visit. Once up and running i didnt get any services in my bedroom at all. That was the final straw. My refund amount is not right and I'm yet to receive it either.

Do not use.
very basic router that would not cover the house, and when enquired about this, I have been told that I can go and buy myself extenders.
when decided that I would like to cancel the contract, there is no one to take the call regardless of 2 days of calling the custoner service number.

Install due when they arrived they failed to get the job done as they could not find a point of entry a week later another team arrived and installed the router and was told it would on the next day.
We signed up for 2.4gb as advised it was the fastest. Since the very start we have had the
worst speeds ever between 580-770 at various times during the day. Contacted customer service and was given 1 month extra free for the issues i have had. Totally not happy we were getting 850-900 with Virgin media but advised they would easily double that speed.
The DD payment date is supposed to be on the 30th of each month but the applied it on the 23rd and that was the free month.
I have now been sat listening to the horrible music for 28 mins on customer service which is a joke for a telecommunication company.
Was on to customer service for over an hour and the last person i spoke to was the most arrogant person i have experienced in years. He would not put me through to a manager or supervisor.
Basically i will end up taking them to court if needed for breach of contract as this little obnoxious person said it was not an issue that i have been duped into a service which is not as agreed.

Despite my address showing availability on their website, when I *call* it is not available. There was a whole kerfuffle last year when they *buried their fiber in my front yard,* but I guess that's not for me.

This review is intended for Rise Fibre UK.
Just had full fibre broadband fitted, contract was for 1000Mbps. Getting 140 download and 83.9 upload. Internet keeps cutting out and Netflix etc. freezing. The service always goes off if more than one device connects at the same time. This full fibre service is worse than my previous mobile contract. Have tried contacting Rise and was on hold for an eternity until I gave up. This is not what I signed up for and seriously think I should be able to cancel contract as it's not delivering what they promised. Definitely do not use this company for internet - find another one.

Why is the network down for over 2hours, no prior notice of maintenance to been carried out in my area. I checked the service status and it shows there are maintenance going on in location far away from me, in another county.
I expect their team to send a notice warning about maintenance that would affect services in other area. You never fail to send a reminder of direct debit when it's due but you have always failed to send a warning of network downtime or maintenance. Are you going to refund me for service not provided for over 2 hours?

Awful customer services. Do not go with this company because they are cheap - there is a reason that they are. I've been without broadband for a week because of their ineptitude, go with the reputable option.

Brilliant service today from Tobi F. We've been waiting 2 weeks for a broadband router and Tobi resolved the issue within a few minutes. No dramas, just a very polite and calm conversation.

Purchased a contract with speeds advertised up to 1000 and the highest it has ever gone was around 250. We get multiple drop outs per day lasting up to 20 minutes and we have rang with no answer and emailed twice now with no reply. Horrendous company, awful communication and doesn’t deliver anywhere near what is advertised.

Rise fiber did not notify Vodaphone of the switch as arranged. They installed my internet on the 17th, it went live and I'm being charged by them. My Vodaphone account is still active so I'm being charged for that too. Rise now inform me I have to give Vodaphone 30 days notice, so I will be charged twice for over a month. There was supposed to be a choice of incentive rewards, I chose cinema tickets, there is now no mention of that and they can't find it on my account. Extremely disappointed and may cancel as still within 14 days.

My experience with this company was scary, I felt harassed, they pushed me to the limit to take their service. A guy named Cole even sent me text demanding me to give good feedback in here for him. They sent men to set the service even after me being very clear I was not going to be there and that I was not going to take their service, I even didn't pay and they insisted so badly. They even were dealing with the company providing me wifi to remove the service from me because they were setting wifi for me. A bunch of stalker. Honestly awful experience.

Told they could have the router with me in 3 days by sales.
Phoned to confirm a day later.
Took numerous attempts to get through and a 40 minute wait for the phone to be put down.
When I eventually get through told not only was the router not sent but it would be another 14 days for connecting.
Cancelled will never use again.

I've been waiting for over a month now for a tree surgeon to cut a branch off a tree so they could install... Another fibre optic cable even though one was installed last year apparently it's not good enough

Customer of 13 years. Had very little options for any type of affordable high speed internet in my area. My bill has continually risen while the service dwindled. Every time our service would become worthless the fix was always that we had to purchase the next higher package. Last straw was when we were losing internet approximately 12 times per day. Called twice to resolve the issue. Both times we were told the agent we spoke with would call back with a solution. Nobody returned the call. Luckily Starlink was offering a deal in our area that was finally affordable. Hope I never have to use them again.

My current provider was doubling my monthly payment so I spent a couple of hours looking at what was available.
Risebroadband was the best deal so I signed up a month ago on a 24mth contract.
The installation was booked for 5th December between 0800-1300h.
At 1600h I called them because nobody showed up to install the full fibre.
I spent 46minutes on hold only to find that my installation was cancelled by the engineer a week ago after their site survey.
They didn't tell me they'd cancelled
No phone call.
No sms.
No email.
.
The agent also couldn't tell me why it was cancelled as there was no reason recorded.
Not happy.

If you're thinking about using Rise think again. I went with Rise as they were the only ones that said they could provide service to me. I felt the price that was quoted was higher than other companies were charging but didn't really have other options at the time. I saw price increases as we went along and I did complain about them, resulting in very modest price reductions. When a much lower price option became available I called to cancel my service and was told that I would have to pay for the full month of service even though I would not be using their service any longer. I questioned that and management was really firm, pay or be referred for collection. No mention of my having to OK the final payment. The account was setup on auto pay. Two months later I get a letter from a collection agency. Remember the account is setup on auto pay. I sent over an hour on the phone with first the collection company and then Rise. I've spent more pleasant hours before. We did resolve the issue by me paying the demanded money. If you're thinking about using Rise, think again. There are better choices out there
