Tuve un problema con una empresa de alquiler de coches que me hizo un cargo injustificado por supuestos daños. Presenté toda la documentación a Riverside Insurance y su gestión fue impecable: clara, rápida y profesional.
En pocos días analizaron mi caso y me reembolsaron el importe completo sin poner trabas. Es una tranquilidad enorme contar con un seguro que realmente responde cuando lo necesitas.
Totalmente recomendable — eficacia y seriedad al cien por cien.

I had an issue with a car rental company that made an unfair damage charge. I submitted all the evidence to Riverside Insurance, and their response was absolutely professional — clear communication, quick assessment, and a full refund issued without any hassle.
It’s a great relief to deal with an insurer that truly stands by its customers.
Highly recommended for efficiency and reliability.

Title: Extremely disappointed — insurer refuses to pay after 10 months - Riverside Insurance (Orchard claim number 10038271/EN)

I filed a legitimate refund claim within my policy limits and provided all required documentation (car repair invoice, rental invoice, car rental agreements and my bank statement showing a charge of €2,502 debit). I also facilitated direct communication between the rental company and the insurer to speed resolution.

For 10 months, both the insurer and I requested confirmation from the rental company. The repair centre charged €3,160.96, the rental company charged me €2,502 (the maximum under the rental agreement) — there is clear evidence of the actual cost. Despite this, the insurer has repeatedly delayed and is using this discrepancy as an excuse not to process my refund.

Customer service was unhelpful, slow to respond, and failed to provide a firm timeline. After 10 months of follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refund or a satisfactory resolution. I cannot recommend this insurer based on my experience.
