The worst airline ever!!

The worst airline ever!!! Do not book any flights with RJ. They sent me a confirmation email for my flight only to stand in the queue for one hour and then they tell me i have no reservation!!! And the my reservation is preliminary. They also have the worst attitude.

Royal Jordanian Airlines

This an edited review. I was wronged by Royal Jordanian airlines but they made a great effort to correct their mistake. I am satisfied in the end, however I still don’t appreciate the rude representative that initially handled my call.

Not to be trusted!!

Booked return trip from Manchester to Bangkok leaving 28 Dec. After booking my hotel to match my arrival date Royal Jordanian changed my connecting flight in Amman to arrive 4 days later!!
I assumed the flight had been overbooked or cancelled, but I can still see the same flight being advertised for sale now but at a much higher price! Disgusting behaviour, they should be punished for this as I along with other passengers will lose money on hotel bookings now.

I booked a flight recently with Royal…

I booked a flight recently with Royal Jordanian from London to Bangkok via Amman.
With in days i had notifications of flight time changes, the flight was then going 24Hrs earlier then booked. Then I was notified the layover had gone from 4 hrs. to over 24 hrs. in Amman Then a couple of days later the Bangkok to Amman Flight was cancelled. this all happened in about a 2 week time frame. I duly cancelled the flight as per my rights and am having to wait for a refund. Make you own mind up, but if you want uncertainty for your trip, and don't mind being messed around then RJ may be the airline for you !

Continuos flight rescheduling

I booked a flight from Madrid to Bangkok doing a stop in Amman, they changed the flight 6 times in less than a month and they want to stay three days waiting in Amman, looks like a not serious company doing this kind of things

Absolutely useless never book with them…

Never book with them they are cheap for a reason. Booked flights to Bangkok via Amman they changed the timings at first then they changed the return date by two days but only for the first leg so I would of arrived two days after my connecting flight absolutey useless DO NOT BOOK with these chancers!!

Constantly rescheduling our flights

Bought business class tickets for Madrid to Bangkok via Amman 4 weeks ago. Since then they have rescheduled our flights 4 times already! Now they are expecting us to fly from Madrid to Amman on one day and then fly Amman to Bangkok 4 days later! What do they expect us to do during those 4 days?
The problem is, although I can probably reschedule everything (all 9 hotels and 1 train journey), how do I know they wont change it all again? And who is going to pay for all the changes and the amount of time it is taking me? I have already had to reschedule it all from their last change!

Flight times changed by 4 days!

I booked a return flight to Bangkok in March this year for the 28th December - 20th January.
I have since booked all of my accommodation, trips etc.
Royal Jordanian have just contacted me to tell me the flights have moved to 2nd January - 19th January.
These are not the flights I have booked and mean I will loose money on accommodation.
This is completely unacceptable. This is a once in a lifetime trip I have worked hard to save money for. I am completely devestated.
Even if they agree to a refund, I am now forced to book a more expensive flight when I could have got a better deal in March.
I would never, ever use Royal Jordanian again.
Your company are scammers.

Royal Jordanian Airlines provided a terrible experience with lost luggage and poor flight conditions.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of flying with Royal Jordanian Airlines, and I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with their customer service, flight conditions, and overall experience.

The most frustrating aspect of my journey was the complete disregard for my lost luggage. It has been over two weeks since my flight, and I have yet to receive any updates or resolution regarding its whereabouts. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I have been met with a lack of responsiveness and a general indifference to my situation.

Furthermore, the flight itself was far from enjoyable. The aircraft was outdated and uncomfortable, and the in-flight services were subpar. The cabin crew seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant.

I am deeply disappointed with Royal Jordanian Airlines and would strongly advise others to consider alternative options. Their complete lack of customer care and attention to detail is unacceptable, and I will not be flying with them again.

Worst Airlines ever

Worst Airlines ever, they kept us in the airplane for 6 hours straight at Amman airport with no air conditioning, no food , no water, without letting us go outside the airplane, why ?? As they said they wanted to change the captains and the crew, lot of people PASSED OUT in the plane and then they sent us the fired department to give oxygen and help the sick people. NONE of the crew member wanted to answer 1 question. no never again , and NEVER AGAIN, when you have the option of taking a serious conpany why we take this insane company

Never use this company!

They destroyed my suitcase. The day after arriving filled in the contact form online about the damaged suitcase, no response. Then trip in Jordan started, i went to some places without internet reach. Finally found internet acces after a few days and they answer directly... they dont consider claims more than 7 days old, in my case it was 8 days.
Also the plane was 2 hours late and many things inside the plane was broken. It was the dirtiest airplane i have ever been in. There is no entertainment on board. Check in staff was rude and unprofessional. However the flight crew was friendly and good.

Please avoid this company, all reviews are true!

1 week ago I booked my flight from Madrid to Bangkok (Madrid-Amman-Bangkok), and today I received 2 emails saying that the time of the flight changed.

A few hours later, they sent me other 2 emails saying that the day of the flights changed too!! I cannot accept the change because I would lose the flight connection. So now I have to look for an alternative

I don't think this company is serious

If i could put 0 stars i would…

If i could put 0 stars i would seriously it was a horrible flight experience i’ve ever had to experience something this horrible do not fly with them because they are thrives and liars and never gave us a refund or anything they canceled the flight and wouldn’t give us a hotel so we had to sleep on the cold floor of the airport and we payed so much extra money to book another flight which they obviously did not pay for. we had been waiting for our bags so we can get them because our flight was canceled from the chicago o’hare airport american airlines all the customer service is absolutely terrible and then they end up giving one of our bag and the rest they did not the customer service is bad and horrible as i said but i can’t say it enough because of horrible it was i wouldn’t wish my worst enemy to experience what we experienced. nobody knows about anyone everyone should get fired of their stupidness. No one helped us. When we called royal jordanian to make a complain but nobody has answered and they declined the call because they don’t want us to make a complaint. Absolutely horrible experience we had to stay in the airport for three days without sleep going from gate to gate also i might add they kept delaying the flight and they kept changing the gates and we are a pretty big family my mom and me a 17 year girl,14 year old boy, a 7 year old girl my sister passed out many times and we had to splash her with water to get her waking up again we were so exhausted and tired without food and sleep and we kept sleeping on the floor. This makes experience makes me never want to travel again. Also i might add when we were going through security they had opened me and my brothers apple macbook and the guy there sprayed my brothers macbook with something and now its not working and is broken on top of the crap we went through they won’t give us a refund and give us are thousands we payed for. I repeat do not fly with these awful people they do not care about you whatsoever.

Absolute Joke of an experience

Set to go on a holiday from Melbourne Australia to Cairo
The flight from Melbourne via Thai Air ways was a pleasure and was partnered
With Royal Jordanian Airway and again a pleasure from bkk to Cairo.

However the return flight from Cairo to Bkk
Return flight from Cairo to BKK an Absolute Joke of an experience

We headed to Cairo airport departure terminal, 4 hours before the flight was scheduled to departure
We check in to flight RJ506 and at the same time the connecting flights RJ182
We walk up to the counter as 4 family member to check in for both flights. The person behind the
Counter can see we comprise of a mother a father an 11 year old girl and a 17 year old boy ( a family)

The person behind the counter allocated our seats for the first flight together (RJ506) as per photo. However he then decided to splatter us singly for some unknown reason on the 9 hour flight. A Mother , Father , 11 year old girl, and 17 year old boy (A family )
I Personally didn’t think twice of it to checking the second set of boarding passes as the same person had seated us together in the first set of boarding passes for flight RJ506. Please note we checked in 6.5 hours in advance for flight RJ182 so no excuse flight is full or alike.

We step in to flight RJ182 with seat number 13B 16B 18B & 29F WHAT IN THE WORLD

I had a chat with the staff asking what was the reason that we have been split up in such a manner and that I have an 11 year old girl that is scared to seat in between strangers or to be alone with out her family or simply one family member. Keeping in mined it is a 9 hour flight.
One staff member then gave himself license to run his hands down my chin while stating calm down so I can help you. Hi name was Ramy is what I was told. First mistake, who in there right mined thinks they can resolve and issue by threatening the customer with help while invading there private space and firmly assaulting the customer.

The out come was the staff member stating that they will try and help move things around. After take-off Ramy approached me and said sorry we can’t help and that your daughter is 14 years old and should be fine. I then stated to him and proved that my daughter was 11 and that how dare he state to me that she looks 14 and that she should be fine.(buying time)The staff stated that they tried to move people around yet they did not even bother asking the person next to me if he would like to move seats, that person him self offered this option to me and the matter was particularly resolved.

Absolute Joke of Customer Service and a lack of respect to the customer and the hiring air line on both staff in Cairo and staff on board.

I also believe that the Staff in Egypt are trouble makers and are trying to cause an issue for the airline as a number of families where largely separated on flight RJ182.

Summing things up WHAT A JOKE OF A SET UP!!

Royal Jordanian Airlines please lift your socks up and TAKE OUT THE TRASH!!!!
