Annual gas boiler service carried out in usual efficient friendly manner

I have been very happy with the way Richard has handled my business. He responded immediately to my online request by phoning me and booking an appointment later the same day. He kept me informed when that had to be rearranged and arrived promptly at the agreed time. His professionalism and personal manner were absolutely perfect and gave me confidence that my job would be handled properly.

Richard, installed our boiler and solar hot water system in November. He was prompt, courteous and a great communicator. The install was done with daily report of progress. We have now had system in place for 6 months and had one issue with safety switch cutting a valve out, contacted Richard who sorted a quick fix. Very happy to recommend.

Richard was able to come out to me same day. He is a lovely guy and very knowledgeable in his industry. He managed to source my new boiler super quickly and came and fitted it quickly too. No mess was left, he tidied everything away before he left. Richard kindly set all my new heating timer settings too. Great service, great guy and I will always go to RL Heating in the future.

Richard dealt with our hot water problem swiftly, and carried out the refitting of a new hot water tank in a thorough and highly professional way. I would recommend him without any hesitation.

Richard was nice enough, though im not really sure how a simple broken screen on a thermostat can have resulted in 3 lots of invoices for several hundred pound each and a boiler that has yet to work properly since...

Highly recommend - first class company

We had an old boiler and even old small bore pipework, neither of which were efficient. When asked to give his recommendations, Richard came out the same day, recommending a like-for-like new boiler and significant modifications to the pipework in the airing cupboard. His quote was very reasonable and the work to be carried detailed. Everything was well protected, no mess, no tools spread about and all issues resolved. He worked as quietly as possible; we didn't even know the new boiler had been fitted. Highly recommend Richard; he will always be our first call.

Great service fair price and professional work carried out highly recommended

We highly recommend R.L Heating and Plumbing. We have just had a new Worcester Bosch Boiler fitted by them to replace our 35 year old one which had finally come to the end of its days. Richard came out to give us a quote less than 24 hours after we contacted him and was able to fit our new boiler just a few days later. He was helpful, polite and professional, fully explaining everything and the costs involved. All work was completed on time to a high standard and was neat and tidy - no mess at all. He is now our go to heating engineer. Thank you very much for an excellent, professional and fuss free job.

We have used RL Heating and Plumbing to complete a Boiler Service and radiator replacement before and couldn’t fault the service both Richard and Simon gave.

This time we had a fault with the boiler and without hesitation called Richard, he arrived promptly to inspect the boiler and listed the faults and tried to come up with solutions to rectify these. We then decided to purchase a new boiler through Richard which was installed today. First class service given ! As always efficient, helpful and polite. Richard also ensures he leaves his working area spotlessly clean.

We’ve had a Worcester Greenstar 4000 boiler installed and instantly you can tell the difference between the new and old boiler, it doesn’t take long at all to heat the house or water. The older boiler sounded like a jet engine, this one you don’t even know it’s on! What a fantastic recommendation from Richard the difference is huge.
