We had an Annual Boiler Service and were very impressed with this Company. They were on time, Polite and Professional and would have no hesitation to use them again.

I cannot praise these guys enough. Proffesional, polite, considerate, plenty of updates on what was taking place, plenty of options when picking what I wanted. Top class job and expertise to match it. I don't know them, I haven't been paid to leave a review, I won't be choosing anyone else in the future, tried plenty and these guys are top notch 👌 👍

Worcester Bosch Combi Boiler 32CDI installed to a very high professional standard. All work undertaken in the loft and external piping fitted to an excellent standard. Richard and Simon were Covid secure at all times. Would highly recommend

Richard and Simon have just upgraded my heating system from a conventional gravity system to a pressurised System.They installed a new Worcester Bosch 8000 life boiler, a new 210ltr water cylinder with a Hive thermostat, two new radiators and a new mains shower. Both gents are very professional and took great care. Excellent job highly recommended. Cheers for the great job gents

Once again I have to thank Richard and the team for their professional and much needed help. I had a burst water pipe in the kitchen and it was fixed first thing in the morning, even though Richard had a busy schedule. I had a boiler replaced a few months ago, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard and the RL Heating and Plumbing team!

Emergency call out, after a surprise boiler breakdown. Richard got to us the same day, even though it was the weekend, and although it took a few days to eventually sort out, this was not down to him. Kept us well informed, turned up when promised, and moved other people, so we could be finished off. We really appreciated that, and would recommend. Very friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Can’t fault RL Heating @ Plumbing Ltd from initial contact through to job completion. Communication was great and really upfront, managed to fit me in at short notice with a really reasonable price. The standard of work was excellent leaving me with a working system, tidy and without any issues. Fully recommend service.

Richard and Simon fitted new boiler for us today and the job was 1st class! Had to be fitted different height they did fabulous brick work outside and altered shelves in my cupboard to fit around it,nothing too much trouble as always, thank you fabulous job 👍

Richard installed a new boiler, broke the shower in doing so, took over a week to get the job complete, late nights and some no shows, boiler then leaked and damaged flooring and furniture took months and months to resolve , covid 19 did hit during this period to which we understand caused a delay, brick work outside very poor. FOC service eventually offered after lots of chasing up. (Have every email and text to back this up)

Truly professional. I had 3 quotes, Richard was the middle one, he gave me good advice which saved me money. His pipework and his electric work were neat and tidy. I am truly grateful that Richard did the job.
