RUBBISH ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.... Well that's what you come to expect these days.. BUT NOT IN THIS CASE!!!!. After searching around the internet for the best deal for a new boiler ( Yes I tried all of the advertised ones ) RLH gave me a quote over the phone and yes it was competitive over £2000 less than British Gas.
So Richard came and viewed the area for the new boiler and advised on the exact replacement and position, arranged a start date and we waited.. a whole 3 days😁.
Then Richard and Simon arrived on time and ready for work, only we had changed our mind and wanted it in a different place, no problem for Richard just accepted and went ahead.
Well what a professional job! Not only did they fit the boiler but refitted the storage cupboards and work surface and even attention to an old radiator that had a leak. The work was neat and tidy, I think Richard suffers from OCD as the pipe work looks like a road map? Removed the old boiler and cleaned up the work area. Well after all of this would I recommend RL Heating? Yes without a doubt and I am sure that my friends will appreciate the recommendation as well.. Thanks Richard and Simon.

Always use Richard, he is friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable,has come out on an evening when we had gas leak,sorted straight away,used him many times always great service, wouldn't use anyone else

Your are clearly experienced and know your stuff. We appreciated very much the fast response and accommodating our emergency call whilst having your days fully booked. Richard just installed my new boiler very friendly polite guy very pleased with the work he as done very helpful and talked me through the control to turn heating on and off would recommend him. I was pleased with Today’s work I gave asked him to quote me on other work I need doing.

Richard arrived quite quickly after our request for an emergency call out. Water was dripping quickly from our combi-boiler. He was very quick in assessing the problem and dealt with it efficiently having explained all what he was doing to my husband. A very pleasant person.
