The Road Bear RV was in excellent…
The Road Bear RV was in excellent condition. It was clean and equipped with the things I needed. I felt very comfortable with the RV upon pickup. The customer service representative was helpful with walking my husband and I through the RV and sharing with us the things we needed to know. Get the unlimited generator use especially in the summer. We used it a lot more than expected because the back of the RV takes a while to cool off. The only thing I would add next time is the WI-FI so we could use the TV. I would definitely rent again from Road Bear.

The process is so simple - Great team and great trip
The process is so simple, from selecting the right van for our trip, to answering questions as they came up both before, and during out trip.
We did a one way rental from Las Vegas to Denver, stopping at National Parks along the way, and had a great experience at pick up in Vegas with a clear walk around and explanation of the van.
The trip was great, and the van was excellent for us. We had an issue at one point with the water hose, but called and they were able to help with a solution and it didn't impact the trip at all.
Drop off in Denver was a breeze, too.
A real pleasure to work with the team at Road Bear RV and we will definitely use them in the future, if we don't decide to buy our own!

The vehicles are very safe
The vehicles are very safe, spacious, easy to drive and the best RVs we saw on the road. The insurance is not lip service, as they really do cover the cost of any collisions, with little trouble for us as the customer. The customer service in the San Francisco office is fantastic and they made it really easy to drop off. The customer service in the Denver office lacks attention and communication, and their manpower seems to be limited.

Good experience
The pick-up in Los Angeles was somewhat chaotic. We had completed the online check-in, so we expected everything to be ready, but there were still quite a few documents to process. In addition, they still had to load the bedding, tables, and chairs.
The Wi-Fi was not set up at pick-up, but a fair compensation was agreed upon when we returned the vehicle.
The drop-off in San Francisco was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we were very satisfied with the service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆

Modern, new and excellent condition
RV was really new and therefore in great condition. We rented the 31 foot RV having not driven one before and was easier than thought to drive and operate. Their support before and during was excellent and spent a lot of time explaining how it all works. If we rented another RV, I wouldn’t look anywhere else.

Excellent Road Bear RV for our USA Roatrip
Good driving RV, strong engine.
However, not all accessoires we paid for were in the RV like blankets, coffeemaker, etc...Also toilet cleaning tablets were insufficient leading to a stench.
We had good help/service at Las Vegas for missing and broken items.
We were also very happy with the shuttlebus van LA Agoura Hills to our Hilton Airport Hotel.
All in all, a fantastic experience with the Road Bear Campervan

Check in and check out process was well managed by the staff. RV was functioning and inventory was complete. Pick-up time slot in the morning was only available with extra charge and surprisingly not included in the rental price.

every went very smoothly but it seemed there were so many extra fees associated with renting it made it feel that we will have to find another option next time that is more inclusive of amenities such as using the generator, and miles.
