RH will keep your money if transfer fails

Robinhood has kept my money due to a failed transfer on their part. My bank initiated the transfer again, but according to RH, it was settled. Therefore they said I owed them that money.

I’ve spoken with support and they are just telling me 2-4 business days for something that was their mistake. This has caused me to get a late fee on a bill that was due. So thanks for that.

This is absolutely horrendous service. You’re not the only app in the game anymore.

I used to be able to buy/sell a stock…

I used to be able to buy/sell a stock in a margin account and then withdraw the funds on the same day. Today all of a sudden I am unable to. When talking to customer support they tell me that it was never possible for me to do. I was doing this weekly for about 2 years now. Either customer support is completely misinformed or they are straight up lying.

Robinhood doesn’t care about fraud…

You can’t trust Robinhood with your money. My phone was robbed and the thieves broke into my Robinhood account and stole 15,000 dollars. Every other financial account affected refunded my money except Robinhood. Filed a police report and hired an attorney. Will never trust again.

Tried to join Robinhood to invest and…

Tried to join Robinhood to invest and during the sign on program after entering my details could not download the app to finish joining.
Contacted their automated system and explained my problem, after which they said they would get one of their engineers to contact me after I filled in a form for $5.
I then find out I have supposedly joined JustAnswer without wanting to and without knowing this was going to happen.
I then got hold of the automated system and told them I do not want to use JustAnswer and to close the app problem down and never spoke to anyone. I then told them to close my account. I now find out that JustAnswer have charged my account for $18 after my account with JustAnswer was closed. This was the account I didn’t know I had joined.
I have since spent the last hour trying to find a way to close my account.
I cannot believe that Robinhood does not have in-house people who can remedy their computer problems,so will not use them.
I have since received a response from JustAnswer with information on the app, but I won’t be using it and will close down Robinhood

I actually like this company and have…

I actually like this company and have had an account for 5 years. However, I cannot get help on customer support when I need it. You call and it just keeps telling you to go to the app. If you are having trouble getting in the app then you can't get help and this sucks!!! If you are reading this Robinhood please tell me how I can talk to someone that can help. If not, I think after all this time I may just have to pull my money out of this account which makes me very sad. All because you can't hire someone to help give customer support over the phone when it's needed.

If I could go lower I would....Worst customer service ever

If I could go lower I would.

I got the RH Gold CC in October. I have a pending transitions totaling almost $9000 since 10/25. I alerted them of this on 11/8, and they said it was on the merchant to release.

Their app says all pending transactions will be cleared within 15 days (they sent me that). They also state that they have 24/7 customer support. I guess that is true. You can reach out to them 24/7, but it will take about 5-10 hours for them to respond to each text or e-mail. No phone number available so you can get the issue resolved in a reasonable amount of time.(my issue has been going on for almost a month and a half)

I called the merchant and they said there should ne no hold. They wrote me an e-mail stating that and advised that they would get on the phone with RH to work it out. RH declined the call. Also there is no number to speak to a live person.

Subsequently, I reported them to the BBB and their response was we will call the customer to get it resolved. It's been over a week since they said they would call me. Despite multiple text and e-mails from me requesting a call they said they would make to me I have yet to get any kind of response.

As of now, I have a balance of $0, but because of the pending transactions I still can not use the card I am paying an annual fee for.

I created a fraud claim last week. They said as the dispute was being investigated those funds would be available. They are not.

Use them only if you want the worst customer service experience ever. Then again since they don't respond, technically there is no customer service.

Can't close account because .01 cent in…

Can't close account because .01 cent in account. Transfered all funds so I'm assuming this is a way to keep account active and continue stealing 5.00 a month for fee. Can't unlink my bank. Won't let you. Site jumbled and confusing

On a good day everything seems fine

On a good day everything seems fine, wait till you cannot sell your order, serious glitches and now froze my money. do not like use instant withdrawal often, used once this week, second time need to wait 5 days, so funds basically frozen. most useless online customer service, cannot get a person on phone, wasted hours. 13,000+ ppl in my discord. Will make sure no one get RB

All my accounts were hacked, and I had to change my email and phone numbers.
Contacted Robinhood concerning this and they simply DO NOT CARE! I have over $35,000. in various stocks that I cannot get to. They keep trying to send codes to email and phone that are no longer valid.
NO ONE at Robinhood will reach out to me to assist. I've been trying for two months.
My next course of action is to fly out to CA and confront the office in person. Losing $35 grand maybe nothing to them, but a hard-working BEEKEEPER like me, it's a ton.

It’s a nightmare trying to get my money out they keep restricting my account. I can’t even take any money out it’s horrible will never use this app once I get my money out. This is scary

They have bunch of kids working for them non English speaking people it’s so frustrating won’t trust them ever again

save your money and stay away

if your value your money, then you stay away from this app. you are being treated like crimimal. You have absolute no control over your money. They restrict your account. You can not do anything (cant sell, ot withdrawn). In fact your account goes to 0. what happened? after signing up, I transferred my funds to the platform, but out of the blue they request historical personal data. When asked for reason for they couldnt reply. instead, they restrict your amount and it goes to 0. slow in reply mails related to this case! in fact they are pretty much ignoring, and of course they dont care as it is their money that is stucked...

Do not use this platform! 0 star

Do not use this platform! I signed up and started using the platform and after depositing money into the my account and brought stocks, they just decided to lock my account because they wanted more personal data/information out of the blue. When i asked into the reason, they could not provide any - they just locked my account with all my money and position dissppearing! What about what thay means - they can pretty much take all you money with no warning whatsoever! My account are now locked, and I can not get my money out!

Thankfully “ t radeclaim” was able to retrieve my £47,000 without any problems and delay.. Highly recommended
