My RS 635 has been utter rubbish requiring numerous replacement parts such as batteries, screens as well as drive and cutting motors over the 4 years of ownership. Back up service is non existent and now the machine is basically scrap as spare parts required for yet another repair haven't been available for over 3 months now. Avoid their products like the plague or you will be conned like me. Now having to spend thousands again to buy a prper lawnmower!

Robot keeps breaking down. Their service department is extremely slow. It took them 4.5 months to replace one part. They decide for themselves if they want to stick by the warranty or charge you. Buy something else if you want an easy life

Sent an e-mail to their support "what does error 0007 mean?" THREE WEEKS later got a reply "can you send a picture of the error?". I think I should send a picture of my blood pressure monitor! The equipment is good but the support would prevent me buying another Robomow.

Bought this end of year special, but even with the great discount the purchase has been a disaster. If you want a mower that controls you then go for this as it behaves like a stubborn mule. I have had 4 batteries now and each one works for a few months before dying. I am going to buy a traditional mower and save on the stress this piece of **** has caused me. Anyone want a second hand pig in a poke for fifty quid?

Our RS612 has broken down three times since we bought it a couple of years ago. Spare parts cost a fortune and the customer service is awful. Buy another brand!
