I've tried a lot of hosts for our WP site over the years. I can very comfortably say this is the best customer service I have ever received. The site is now incredibly fast, includes a lot of added bonuses (like a free WP-Rocket plugin) and the support is always there.

I recently opened an account to host a couple of client sites, and the experience has been great. I had a couple of queries whilst migrating the sites, and they answered everything via livechat, in less than a minute. Super helpful support agents, and an easy to use control panel. Not to mention, the sites are running extremely well on the new hosting.

With some help from Marcela S. my site page load time is 0.1s to 0.2s and i am very very happy. Excellent support and reliable fast hosting. With Google and other search engines putting pressure on sites to improve ( often unrealistically ie large image size and fast load times ), it is so nice to have a hosting company that gets the job done.
