They are the best. Their support service is amazing. Whenever I went into any issue they responded straight away even on Sundays. I accidentally deleted my full website which was a kind of a heart attack for me because I gave my 3 years to that site. I contacted them and they immediately rescued my site. Amazing service. It's been years with them and they never disappointed. Truly amazing.

If you want to make your website as fast as you want than Rocket.net is hosting you need if you care about how you will speed your website you don't need to do anything they will do for you

I was on expensive WP ENGINE hosting + paid Cloudflare add-ons like ARGO and APO, paying $600 per month... I moved to rocket.net for $166 per month and automatically saw an increase in page speed of around 800ms on all my sites. Their support via live chat is fast and helpful, answering all the advanced questions that you may have. A big thank you for Ali Ahmed from the support team for his help during my initial setup and migration of 25 sites. The ist the fastest and best Managed Wordpress hosting in the world, even on some of my old sites with tons of plugins and Elementor the sites are super fast. Thanks!

The fastest hosting with an excellent support!

I'll break this review into 3 parts: Performance, support, and recommendation:

1. Performance

I moved from Kinsta + Optimole to Rocket.net and went from 93/100 on mobile and 99/100 on desktop to 100/100 on each. TTFB/fully loaded time also improved significantly. Plus, I'm saving USD $30.19 per month!

2. Support

Ben's support was amazing. I've read many other reviews describing it as "like hiring a highly paid consultant to fix your website" and that was my experience as well. Better than Kinsta.

3. Recommendation

Believe the hype. Rocket.net is a newer, smaller company offering a better service with better support. Based on their roadmap, it looks like the performance gap will only continue to increase as well (not all Cloudflare Enterprise integrations are created equal)

Seriously a great Wordpress host. If anyone would have told me I'd be switching hosts in 2022 I would have called them crazy.

Rocket.net has not only increased my site speed 3x right outta the gate, but their support is stellar. I don't have time for a full review, but this service got me to switch from a host I used for over 9-years. And prior to that I used just about every single "managed Wordpress host" in the world.

These guys are top notch and Ben Gabbler knows what he is doing!!

Beyond super-impressed! Support response times are almost immediate, no matter what time of day. We just migrated the site across from WPEngine and the Rocket.net team couldn't have been more helpful. They migrated the site across for free, and allowed us to test and make sure it was indeed a lot faster--which it is. They then walked us through the DNS changes step-by-step; it literally couldn't have been easier.
The pricing is more than fair, and a big savings over WPE who were pushing us into a very expensive upgrade. CEO Ben Grabler gave us the first month for free so "we wouldn't have to pay for two providers at the same time". He volunteered that, I didn't have to ask for it. So we're now much faster, happier, and we're saving money--with great service too.
Rocket.net -- Highly recommended!

I've been creating WordPress sites for a while now. In between then, I've hosted at HostGator, DreamHost, SiteGround, and now Rocket.net.

I migrated after Tom Dupuis's in-depth review on Rocket over on his blog.

The first thing I noticed after migrating was that my TTFB had drastically reduced on both sites I migrated over. My GTMetrix score went from a C to an A without changing anything on the front or back end.

(One site had a bunch of plugins and JS)

The support was next level. They're a small team, so you will recognize many support agents, but these guys are A players and know exactly what they're talking about.

Some of the agents I've spoken to over live chat have had 10 years of WP hosting experience behind their belt.

They're extremely innovative, and it seems like Rocket has such a different approach to hosting that the performance is unbelievable.

One big thing is that Rocket uses Cloudflare Enterprise to give you <100ms TTFB global, and the specs they have for all of their plans are just crazy.

I've never had WordPress sites this fast. If you're serious about your website go with Rocket.

I just migrated to Rocket.net and it was very smooth. They were very helpful and my site is now up and running. I'll update once I've been with them for a while. But for now, everything is good.

Having dealt with a company recently who issued my SSL there's a noticeable difference in the overall support experience and Rocket.net is world-class.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone on WordPress especially SMEs.

They have something that most companies are lacking these days, real people to talk to and quickly too. This is something extremely important to me and I want to support this as it's becoming so rare these days. It's the biggest annoyance with any big company but Rocket.net. Make sure to keep it that way guys, don't go cutting costs.

I'm from Kinsta. Kinsta is not bad, but here, in Rocket.net:

Speed and environment: WOW
(no memory limit to 256M, no php workers limit, and more and more)
Assistance: Stellar
(if ask something "external" to their duty, they always help you, as they can)

For now, hands down, really.

Ben should be ashamed of himself for his bogus claims and poor treatment of affiliates while he’s busy selling out to hosting.com and flying around in a private jet.

Bogus claim #1: Their “fastest WordPress hosting” actually uses CPUs from 2013 ranked 400th+ on PassMark and have been discontinued. Along with old generations of DDR3 RAM and PCIe 3.0 NVMe SSDs (this is why your admin, load times, and WooCommerce store are probably slow despite being served from Cloudflare Enterprise).

Bogus claim #2: Rocket.net is not “operating independently.” They were acquired by hosting.com, which Ben is now chief product officer at, then hired a new GM for Rocket, and co-mingled their support with hosting.com’s.

Bogus claim #3: Their affiliate program is anything but “high converting.” I have a screenshot of them reversing 76/100 affiliate sales and adding bogus notes (excuses) why their affiliate manager (Jeff) reversed them.

Bogus claim #4: Rocket.net uses 32 CPU cores. Their CPUs actually have 8 cores and are duel = 16. But you don’t get 16 CPU cores unless you pay $649/mo for their Enterprise plans which use dedicated resources, while standard plans shared resources.

If you believe the future of Rocket.net is what they claim, check out Ben Gabler’s background (which you can find on Rocket.net’s website) and how he was CEO or CTO of HostGator/HostNine around the same time both were sold to EIG. Which is exactly what I believe Rocket.net has planned all along. To sell out to private equity just like Ben did with HostNine + HostGator.

Ben has since deleted his Instagram photo with the private jet. Guess he didn’t want you to see that part.

My Kinsta TTFB Performance grade among 35 locations worldwide was worse than an F. My GT Metrix score was Good but required multiple plugins and hours of work to achieve. I began chatting with Chad at Rocket.net on 8/25/22 and by 8/26/22 my site's TTFB grade was a STRONG A and my GT Metrix score was the best I'd EVER seen for ANY website - after working in the Wordpress space for over a decade. Chad and his team at Rocket.net are AMAZING. They told me exactly what was happening with my current host (Kinsta). And why their product that integrates Cloudflare Enterprise is infinitely FASTER and ultimately a superior product. I can't believe the results after migrating to Rocket.net. Their servers and their systems are so advanced that I was even able to completely delete Nitropack and see a noticeable jump in my site speed and performance on GTM and Google PageSpeed Insights. I've never recommended a host in the past but that is about to change now that I've found Rocket.net. Thank you Chad and your entire team for helping me with a crucial piece in my efforts keep up with the ever changing landscape that is Wordpress website hosting and Google preferences.

Hands down the best experience with the support team! They migrated my site for free from Kinsta within minutes. Not only that but the speed is crazy fast! .3 seconds on desktop and just above a second on mobile, which is excellent because my blog site is a little heavy on images and content. The support team helped me with all my questions and even helped me speed it up more by eliminating plugins I no longer needed and some I paid for, which saved me money. If you are serious about site speed and want the best support, Rocket.net is the way to go.
