Absolutely appalling service - These people are blatantly ripping people off and causing major inconvenience - They have now hijacked my number and i have now lost my original number - Customer service just laugh and find the whole thing amusing - Stay well clear of this bunch of cowboys...
What can I say but extremely easy to setup with the help from an amazing customer services agent George who was incredible from start to finish extremely fast replies and very helpful throughout
It not unlimited and they limit your speed aftef 650GB
I have no idea why they say unlimited when it not unlimited last time I checked unlimited means no limits.
Their nothing fancey about them
You can get actual unlimited speed from three for £18.00 form Topcashback and also get £70.00 cashback with it and then when the cashback tracks go and filling in their highest cashback guarantee say quidco are offering you 82.00
and they will increase your cashback to £85 from £70 so that 18x12 = 216- 85 = 131 ÷ 12 = £10.91
Why pay £60.00 more in the year to them they using the same network as three vodafone.
When it to good to be true it normally means it to good to be true.
Their 100 of these none players on the market but bottom lines is they will never be able to beat the actual network in prices as the network will never give them unlimited which mean unlimited at a fair price for them to make a profit so sell on to you never jump ship unless the network own the brand it a wrong jump
I wish I made the move sooner!! I have been paying £29/month on O2 for the last year, after seeing this offer, it was a no-brainer!! No drop offs in service, couldn't be happier
Signed up to Rocket after seeing an ad on YouTube.
It was super easy to switch, and I've not had any coverage issues so far, which shocked me because of the low price.
Defo reccomend.
Couldn't believe it, EE quoting me £22 to renew a month, Rocket....£16....easy decision. Saw an ad on Tiktok, within 20 minutes, I had a new provider. Perfect.
This company is new on the scene from what I can tell. Looks like they're a carrier backed by three and vodafone and so far the coverage has been spot on (based in South London). Switching over was really easy and the allowances seem really reasonable, especially if you do a bit of travel. Their platform is pretty cool too, trying to make mobile plans affordable for the football crowd. So far no complaints. Can recommend.
Just signed up a few weeks ago. Saw it advertised on one of my favourite YouTube channels and the price looked interesting. So far, it's been quality. Easy sign-up, just had to go through the PAC code stuff, and then it was sorted. For £16, it's a better deal than my old provider, and so far, the coverage is pretty much the same.
Signed-up for Rocket Mobile for 2 reasons - 1, I'm a massive footy fan, so I can avail of the perks and 2, I now have an additional number. Much more convenient to have private and business calls on separate numbers.
@ £16.00 p.m. it represents great value and I'm on the best network, Vodafone3.
I bought the unlimited plan and was live and working in 2 minutes as an additional line on my phone, easy process and great value at £16 too
New mobile provider but so far very good experience. Super quick setup, good coverage and the cheapest unlimited plan I found.
