I was given a reference number by ROL email and told I would be contacted.
3 days later I had not heard anything so I telephoned ROL and eventually managed to book a cruise but sadly at a higher price than the cruise company themselves !!

Prompt response
The phone was answered promptly and Rachel was able to give me quotes for a number of cruises I was considering. Once I had made up my mind, I was able to call her back on a direct line, rather than going via the call centre. I also received a competitive quote. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
