Well made mobility aids, helpful people.
I'm a relatively young mobility aid user with a big range between "good" and "bad" days.
I needed something that could take a bit more intensity and offer more versatility than the more standard rollator I'd been using.
I'd recommend to anyone with mobility problems that are looking to invest in something more durable and versatile.

The company is great, with direct communication with the clients and cares for their wellbeing.
Rollz flex is my first rollator and I choose it for its multipurpose use and light weight, as it is easy for me to load up in my car and be more independent. It changes the handle height, and the handles for the stopper are super easy to use for people that have weak wrists (i.e. fibromyalgia, eds, rheumatism, ecc) I also bought the extra wooden table and cane holder that helps me move around the house with my food and beverages without worrying about a burn accident as i had prior to Rollz Flex becoming part of my life.
Apart having a PRO with it’s light weight helping me with loading it in and out of the car by myself, it’s a CON when I want to walk around especially outside when i get tired and/or unstable and need to lean my whole weight over the rollator, as if the shopping bag is empty, it might not keep stable and lean back as its super lightweight. So in order to prevent that from happening I always carry my bag with my belongings and a bottle of water with me in the shopping bag and I never have that problem. But I thought it was worth mentioning in order to be prepared and safe.
If you have someone leaving with you and you think that you would need to be pushed when tired or even want to transform your rollator into a manual wheelchair maybe you should consider the other options of Rollz! I know my next buy will be the Rollz Motion Electric!! I not bound to bed anymore! Keep Rollzing people 🤍

Great Quality products

Their customer service is excellent. I had a home-demo from Paul who, as highlighted by others here, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was not at all pushy, indeed the very opposite. Highlighting that you should only buy what you need and not automatically buy the most expensive models. I loved that he wasn't 'salesy' and told me to take my time, mull things over and get back to him if I so wish.

My orange Rollz motion is now almost 8, 8th birthday in this August 2024. It has been invaluable over the years. It is so stable and easy to use. I walk further with it because I have the reassurance that I can stop and sit for a moment to catch my breath. In the last year I have made a plastic cover for the seat as it is not waterproof and lost the very expensive cup holder one windy day in the park. But my local supermarket has a really cheap yet well made travel mug that doesn't leak and fits perfectly on the rollator. It's a great rollator but I'll not be buying any other accessories as for are too expensive for me.

Great experience with the Rollz team member. He visited house to demonstrate the product. He was friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly not ‘salesy’.

I love the stability of this roller. It moves very well. I know it will support my weight if I need to sit. It folds up perfectly and is not too heavy.
I should have bought the back rest strap as well but it added a lot of money to the cost of the chair.
The only problem I have with it is that when walking my skirt gets trapped between the brake and the wheel!!

The cup holder falls off when folding up the walker / wheelchair .
The safety belt should be fitted as STANDARD on the electric Rollz as unsafe without it . We should not have had to buy this as an add on .

Item delivered within a week, via courier, well packaged. No assembly required, so quite a large, heavy box!

I got in touch with this company as thought it was fantastic they come to your house to do demos.My call was taken by a man called Paul.From the moment I got in touch with him he could not have been more helpful.He arrived at my 83 year old mums flat today with walkers for her to try.I was not present but even thou we didn’t purchase as wasn’t right for my Mum I have to say Paul was extremely knowledgeable on all aspects and my Mums feedback on him was excellent.
He advised me if I find something suitable and if I need anymore assistance I was just to call him.
An absolute credit to his company.

I have had a rollz motion for two years now and it is brilliant, it's such a smart, convenient aid. Recently I had an issue as I lost a small part. I got in touch with the company to get a replacement quickly as I needed it desperately in order to be able to use my rollz motion safely. After speaking to Paul he was able to organise for the part to be sent straight away. Can't thank them enough for doing this, excellent product and excellent service!

We appreciate the Rollz rhythm rollator but my husband does not find the Parkinson's 'features' particularly helpful so we should probably have bought the cheaper model. The rollator turns into a wheelchair very easily and folds up well, but it is heavy for me to lift into our car. I do think a design fault is in the bag which is meant to store the footplates - it is not big enough for the footplates and the cushion together so it is awkward to carry the bag when separated from the wheelchair. We lost one cushion in a taxi one night as it was dark and it was a black cab and we were stressed about getting in and out. We informed the taxi company but never heard from them and had to order a replacement which was expensive, especailly with postage and packing.

I orderd Pebble white paint and that went well.

Delivery is oke but € 25 is far over reasonable price

Cannot tell you at the moment. As I am disabled I have to wait for a person to help at installation.

The Rollz seems excellent but I need to use it for a longer period of time!

Easy to make order,delivery good all round good experience.

A few weeks after using the rolls motion the brakes started slipping. The chair was repaired 5 times but the brakes are still slipping.
Very unhelpful staff.
We bought another better wheelchair.

Staff were helpful with problems on a Rollator/Wheelchair. The idea is good but the item that was delivered seemed to have some issues so was returned as I was scared to use it. Having been tipped out of my electric wheelchair previously that led to an ambulance trip to A & E with injured ribs, head & right arm so much so I had to give up driving. I have to be absolutely sure about something.
Very sad as it seemed the answer to all prayers & problems with my mobility both indoors & out, would have been easy to get out of the boot of my relations car. Others maybe perfectly safe & happy, perhaps i was just unlucky & somewhat skittish given previous experience not I hasten to add related to this company.
