Such a clever design and so easy to use. Allows my Mum to walk when she can but also rest and allow us to move her round easily in wheelchair mode when she is tired.

Prompt response at a mutually convenient time for us to have a working demonstration of the Rollz Motion Performance.
Paul guided us through set up and use and made sure it was fully suitable for our needs. Also checked it would fit in our car which was important.

He's gone above and beyond, and really helped me make a solid decision about what product was right for me. I had lots of questions and he was happy to answer them all. Amazing customer service. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Hi I’m Very happy with my Rollz flex Small. It’s given me a great deal of independence, indoors and outside. It’s my new “best friend!” Sadly there is one problem for me, my foot has got in the way many times of the curb/step black Bracket. I’ve many bruises on the outside of my foot, I’ve tried to put soft foam around the bracket, but not satisfactory. Is there anyone with the same problem, that could advise me.

I called the service desk for advise to replace the rubber handgrips of Rollz Motion. I got connected to the technical staff who gave me excellent advise and instructions!

The Rollz Motion Electric gave me back my mobiluty as a Parkinson patient. I use it mostly to travel to nearby shops and on trains and busses. With its 26 kg it takes a bit of training to enter busses or the intercity.
Navigating on- and off-ramps of the streets takes practice, but overall it does the job as I had hoped.

Highly recommend a free demo from Paul. Lovely man with a lot of patience, understanding & knowledge about the product and no hard sell! I had done a lot of research about the Rollz Motion Performance, but it was great to see the actual product in my home & try it inside & outside. Paul showed me how everything works & let me try it myself which gave me the confidence to purchase. I know it's a considered purchase, but well worth every penny in my opinion.

Excellent product, easy to convert from rollator to wheelchair, as a chair, easy to push (even up hill) folds together quickly.

I ordered a rollator through a 3rd party, who offered next day delivery, knowing that rollz cannot always commit to this. They cancelled my order! However, Paul from Rollz got in touch directly to confirm I would like to continue with the purchase and that they could fulfill the order. Which I did, though a different 3rd party for the same cost to me. All sorted very quickly by Paul. The order arrived the day Paul said it would, a couple of issues with an item missing/wrong item sent. Paul got straight on to sorting this out. He is a true asset to Rollz, has gotten back to me extremely quickly and is dedicated to ensuring the best customer service. Thank you Rollz for ensuring I have the aids I need and special thanks to Paul for everything he personally did to make that happen!

My only complaint is I bought the white rollz motion as you didn't have pink. Now you realise the pink one which is my favourite colour haha.

After a lot of online research, I had already decided on the Rollz Performance. As it’s not cheap, I wanted to demo it so I could be certain I was making the right choice. Thankfully, I had Paul demo it for me. Despite all the research I’d done, it couldn’t compare to experiencing it in person. Paul was incredibly knowledgeable and offered all the most important information, showing different functions and letting me try them for myself. Beyond his product knowledge, he had a great understanding of what would be important to me as a disabled person, tailoring his advice to my specific needs and considering details people often take for granted. I really appreciated his approach, there was no pressure to make a purchase (even though I already planned to) and the focus was completely on how it would cater to my needs. The fact the demo was free is unbelievable and makes it so much more accessible and approachable. Incredible product and customer understanding, can’t wait to receive my Performance! (PS. If you like good music and have a demo with Paul, it’s worth talking to him about it, his knowledge isn’t limited to rollators!)

From my initial enquiry about the Rollz motion performance rollater/ wheelchair , I was given amazing customer service and support . I dealt with Paul , from day 1 and he kept me updated and called me back when he said he would . The delivery of this fantastic new mobility aid for me was very fast and it was very well packed . A pleasure to deal with such a great company that has the customer's best interests at every stage . Great quality , stylish and sturdy piece of kit that will give me more confidence & freedom outside . Would thoroughly recommend Rollz for any disability / mobility aid .

The customer service was very good (espy. the easy re-routing of the shipment). Only the price of this simple product was quite on the high side

I received excellent customer services. The item I ordered arrived, packaged very well, and promptly. The bag and travel were superb quality.

Paul was nice and kind, and I never felt pressured into buying. I liked how I got to try the products at home very few companies offer this and a showroom is a very different environment to being at home. After trying many different products from lots of different places. I decided to buy the Rollz Flex as it worked well in my small home and is stylish ( this was very important to me as a young disabled adult). I like the basket that is built into the rollator and have found this useful to transport things around my home. I also bought a tray which has increased my independence as I can now get cold food and drink for the kitchen safely. I have had the rollator for a few months now and It has helped me so much.
