Paul from Rollz came to do a home demo of the walker today at my parents house. There was no hard sell, and he made my parents feel very at ease. Very professional, and to top it off my dad really liked the product. Result!

We have recently purchased a Rollz Motion for my visually impaired husband. Although the product stroller wheelchair combo idea is excellent for his atypical parkinsonism mobility the Motion brake system is too complex. Compared to the brake system of his NHS stroller (brake up/down hand control) he is not able to put the Rollz brake on and off due to its finger control design. I would be grateful if someone from the Rollz design team could contact me to talk over please

I love my rollator. Having it has been a game changer. I have been able to walk with more confidence, but most importantly safer. Thanks to my rollator I have been able to shopping, to do the laundry, walk while it’s raining, and many other things that I couldn’t do before having it. I highly recommend it, it will change your life.

Paul from Rollz came to do a home demo of the walker. We took this option as, representing Rollz he was showing and telling, not selling. That enabled us to have a really good trial - indoors and outdoors - and get to understand the product. We wished to go ahead, and were put in touch with our local dealers to progress that. It was a very good way, for us, to go about testing and choosing the walker.

A very well designed 2-in-one Walker/Wheelchair. The wheels are pneumatic and easy to wheel and the wheelchair ride is comfortable, but this is not for off-road. We took it on holiday and would not have coped without it.

The technical performance of the product is very good. The Rollz team is very helpful for the customer to make a decision. However when the product is ordered they cannot deliver. After paying for the product the customer only gets a promise for delivery “on a couple of weeks” but no final date is given.

This is a fun looking device and takes away the clinical stigma. It is well built and sturdy enough for trips to the loch side and grassy areas. The strap for my back when I sit down is needed . When sitting down I feel more secure. It’s such a good look.

When I explained what I was looking for, it was understood and a resolution was. provided to me which was reasonable and cost effective. All done quickly and pleasantly.

I contacted Paul Briggs at Rollz with a problem having little faith it could be solved. I have a fused/fixed left leg which has to be level with my hips when I sit - so a leg extender is needed. A rollator/wheelchair I felt was the answer but suppliers said a leg extender was not possible. Paul was the first supplier who said there may be a way it could be done. Remap was the suggestion - I contacted them and immediately they came back with the name of a retired design engineer - Graham. Who after checking Rollz Motion 2 on line was certain it could be constructed. Paul contacted Inspire Mobility in Salisbury who ordered and delivered the Rollz very quickly to my door. Graham (Remap) came to our home and measured/assessed and took the Rollz away to do prototype. Within a few days Graham had checked the prototype was correct and then delivered the finished Leg Extender to my home. Perfect - I could not be more thrilled, impressed with the care and attention given by Graham, and Paul advising on a realistic solution. I am grateful beyond words - and yes there really are Good people who care and help!

I’d made the decision to purchase the Rollz motion at very short notice before an upcoming holiday. I’m a 46 year old mother of two looking for a mobility aid that would help me keep up with my family. It’s important to feel stylish yet meet the needs of a frustrating condition that limits me daily. Now I know this is an expensive piece of kit but it’s worth it.
I needed this rollator pretty quick. Paul put me in touch with my local DSL mobility shop in Wrexham. Between the two of them they managed to get me my sparkly new Rollz motion the next day. Now this sort of service is just incredible!
I unboxed the Rollz and all I can say is wow! This piece of kit is extremely well built and comes with everything you need. I’m so impressed with the ease of use and the comfort it provides. It’s fabulous. If you’re thinking of buying one….do it. It’s funky and stylish whilst providing full support be it walking or wheeled. It’s important as a woman of my age that I still look like this and not like the old fashioned stereotype of someone who needs to use a mobility aid. Combined with my lovely Neo-Walk stick perched on the side I feel quite empowered by my modern and trendy looking mobility aids! Thank you Rollz, Paul and DSL Wrexham!

It’s a really good easy to handle chair.

It’s comfortable, well made and looks good.

Only problem was that as my wife is small the foot plates needed to be higher. We had to have an extra hole drilled on each support to raise the pads

Otherwise brilliant machine

Very expensive for two pieces of moulded plastic. Complete rip-off

I have a Rollz Motion which I find makes walking much easier and is amazing for holidays, I am able to do much more and when its required my husband pushes me in the wheelchair which means we are able to do much more that we used to do. I would defiantly buy another one if anything happened to the one I have.
