Having seen a friend's Rollz rollator and researched online, we called Paul who quickly organised a home visit. The user is blind, using a rollator for the first time, and rather daunted by the thought. Paul was patient with him, relieving the pressure, offering time to use the rollator both indoors and out in the street, finally selecting with him the model best suited to his needs. He could not have been more helpful. We have quickly converted our interest into a purchase, which will arrive in days and will make a huge difference to the user's life. Very happy customers.

Cup holder easily falls off doesn't grip at all. However Paul at customer service relayed the issue that this was not suitable for my model and was more than happy to offer a full refund.

We were informed where our order was. Order didn't take long to arrive. Items ordered were a perfict fit just what was required.

Even though I bought a Rollz second hand, the company gave me great support. They were willing to explain how to fix repairs patiently. Also they were easily accessible by phone and I received a quick answer to email.
Also I bought paint in their webshop to fix some scratches. The paint did not really match the color of my mom's rolling chair. They decided to return my money without hassle. Many thanks to this company understanding great service!

Didn’t know anything about this product but it jumped out as to be just what I needed after having a stroke and needing a wheelchair. Since purchased both me and my husband are delighted with how easy and light it is to use. Highly recommended.

We booked a home visit for my 91 year old mother and was very impressed with the communication and expedience with which this was organised by Paul. The product itself met all expectations and in fact exceeded a few in that it was not only extremely comfortable and practical but very easy to manipulate from rollator to wheelchair. As we were planning a trip to the south coast, we knew this product would offer my mother the opportunity to be included in locations where she would find it difficult to walk and suffice to say she loved the vacation all the more for having her Rollz. Paul was both knowledgeable and patient in his approach which gave us no hesitation in placing an order. Thank you so much Rollz for making mum’s mobility issues so much easier!

I've had my eye on the rollz in motion 2 for a while. Being a relatively young rollator user I wanted something stylish as well as something sturdy. A rep visited our home and talked us through suitability. Let us try it and ĥelped us source one. Would highly recommend.

Just speaking to the sales person and got the right information

It is a stable roll-top and easy to fold. It looks stylish and the bag is roomy.
The only issues I have are that it is weighty to load into the boot and it is quite fiddly to release the handle when building the wheels.

I was lucky enough to have the UK Rollz Sales Director visit me at home to advise and demonstrate relevant rollators. This was invaluable in helping me appreciate the quality of the Rollz Motion rollator. I have now purchased the Rollz Motion and I am delighted with it. Such a robust and flexible rollator, which has really improved my life. Plus having the personal visit was very helpful, which is a great service.

Wife is looking for a wheelchair/rollator combo with multi-terrain compatibility. we contacted Rollz in the UK and fortunately Paul Briggs was in the area and happy to give us a demonstration of the Rollz Motion Performance the same day. Paul is professional, courteous, knowledgable, understanding of issues and very happy to let you decide on how to purchase the product with no hard sell whilst on site. We found the product well designed and manufactured on first impressions and ideal for what we need. Since leaving us he has been more than happy to help find the best route to market for us and I cannot recommend him or the Rollz Motion Performance product highly enough at this stage. We still need to decide on a vendor and put it through it's paces though!! We will add another review on the product when this has happened.

I initially made enquiries about a wheelchair for my son. I can only say that the member of staff, Paul in this instance, was THE MOST helpful man, and gave me copious pointers in the right direction and REALLY helped me recognise what is important in finding the most suitable wheelchair for him.
