I would give zero stars for this product. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They lie about the products and show photos that are not what you get. They state that the materials are cotton but they are actually cheap synthetic fabric with images poorly printed on. So poorly made that no one could ever wear them. Romdiva is a HUGE SCAM. Be warned and please stay away. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way.

Support others - DO NIOT ORDER- all 3 dresses were supposed to be same size ALL were different - returned for quality - after email battle The address they gave me was incomplete so spent even more money - trying to dispute via credit card - poor quality clothes and Poor customer service - looks like instagram finally pulled them off

I want to give it 0 stars! This is a total scam. DO NOT buy from here. It’s the worst quality and none of thee garments look like the clothing in the pictures.

Would give zero stars if I could. Complete garbage clothing and nothing like they show on the site and they will not accept returns! They say only for quality issues, which it is, but they will not accept. Horrible company and false advertising. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The dresses arrived 45 days after they were ordered. Not 100% cotton as advertised but a synthetic material. The dresses look nothing like the images on the Romdiva site and the sizes are not accurate. They advised they would provide a discount for my order - to which I responded with a request for a full refund. Do not deal with this company. False advertising and a scam.

This company actually deserves zero stars, zero refunds offered even though they claim no hassle 30 day returns. They will give you an address in Dubai (China in a second email) to return to, which is approximately $100 per small envelope with a couple of items. The products are not as described, the dresses feel (and look) like shower curtains. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from this "company".

Ordered 3 dresses described as a mini. All the reviews stated that the size was as expected. Chest was too tight, quality was polyester or similar and dress was too long. I'm 5'5. If mini it would fit above the knees. Wrong. It hit the knees and terrible quality. These come from China and took over a month to arrive. Do not order from this place. Worse, they don't take returns as they said they would.

Warning...I recommend that you do not buy from this shop, 1) takes nearly two months to get your items, and they come in a wadded up ball in a bag, 2) the size chart posted for the items are inaccurate, and they will not accept returns for merchandise that is purchased based upon their advertised improper sizing, and 3) the quality is inferior. Looks like something sold at the dollar store at the flea market. I gave them ample time to make this right but apparently they do not care about customer service, while they post on their site that they offer a 100% guarantee which is completely untrue.

Horrible! I ordered mediums instead of smalls which according to their website I was a small. One of the dresses I can barely get on, the rest are all super tight in the bust line. They just keep saying that allowances need to be made for slight variations in size! This is not a slight variation!!!! Scammers!!!! Do not purchase from them!!!!! They need to be put behind bars - will not take back products or refund money!!!!!

Wow! I wish I would have looked at this site before I ordered the 2 ugliest blouses ever. I am now ‘negotiating’? A refund via email. It is laughable, but I know that many women are being scammed. This is unacceptable!!
The items I purchased do not even have labels indicating origin or fabric content. I don’t even know what this flammable crappy fabric is!!! Will report to every agency I can. I’ve never done that in my life, but this company needs to go down. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Poor quality. Somewhat fraudulent in advertising. Chinese company that changes their name in social media ads. 80 percent of my order did not look like the pictures. Took over a month to arrive. Denied requests for a refund via email (no other customer service available, everything is very vague with them of course) Do not order- complete wasted of money.

Very unhappy with the quality, doesn't look anything like the fabric used in the catalog. Besides taking 60 days to get here!

Romdiva offers a "30 days money back guarantee" on their website. I ordered 2 dresses that stated they were breathable cotton blend material. The material is thin fabric feeling like a light shower curtain - not breathable at all. I requested a return label to return them for my money back and they state every time "sorry you're unhappy but we aren't able to help you". That's it. Worst company I've ever ordered from.

They don't honor their return policy. The blouses bought were of very poor quality and we didn't want them. They denied our claim and said unless it was torn or defective the "quality is what it is". They wouldn't provide return information.

We're now going to our credit card to deny payment.

Scam artists. Or just bad merchants. Either way, buy somewhere else.

SCAM! FRAUD. THIEVES. VIOLATES INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE LAW. Items not as described or shown. Shipping from China, then no refunds or replacements offered.
FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM both adhere to internet commerce law, and Romdiva has been reported. Continue to send complaints to FB and IG...they will pull them off of their platform so they can’t steal from more unsuspecting buyers.

Yep, same here. Total bait and switch. I am usually pretty good about doing a quick review search on new random shops I buy from but they really got me. I guess the silver lining is that I did receive actual merchandise even if it is totally embarrassing to wear. I will chalk this up as a $169 lesson.

DO NOT order from this company. Their website claims they will give you a refund if you are not a 100% satisfied, but they DO NOT. I was sent totally wrong sizes in clothing. The quality of the clothes was also cheaply made, and they will not issue a refund. They are a SCAM company. If I could give them no stars, I would!

Do not order from this website! The material is cheap and you are spending more money than it cost to make it! The material is what cheap college flags are made out of, will rip and shred the first time you wash it. You also can’t return anything! You have to get approval to return something where you will then be greated with poor customer service with people who are rude and will treat you like the dumbest person in the world because they have an ego or some power trip to feed. I have been fighting for a month now to get my money back from the crap they sent me. The images are not as they appear! All of it is fake and photo shopped. Expect a Pinterest fail when you order it and stand back when you open that bag, straight smell of chemicals. Do not buy from them!

Do NOT buy from this company. I am working to report them to the US Government for internet fraud and false advertising.
Their policy says 100% satisfaction or return. They would not give me a return authorization, they said only if the product was damaged. The item I ordered looks nothing like the picture, poor quality and not the fabric advertised.
They will likely disappear and pop-up on the internet under a different name. Most of these internet only companies are in China and the products are crap.
